I am very happy with the way my experience went, the process was smooth and ran nice and quick. It felt like I was in and out. I am very happy with my BMW it drives like a dream, I cant fault it. What I like about the BMW is the rear wheel drive of course... just not so good in the wet :) Since the purchase we have had no issues or problems with the car and we were over the moon with the way we were dealt with. The staff were excellent and so helpful with everything! I happily pass on my recommendations to anybody looking to buy a second-hand car.

Based on my experience I can certainly pass on recommendations! My Peugeot its driving very well, no knock or bangs since the purchase. I came to BVG Automotive after a lengthy search for a Nissan Qashqai, I finally came across the one that caught my eye at BVG, I am over the moon I found such a good car at such a good dealership. It is early days for me and my 3 Series but it would be fair to say so far, so good! I couldn't have asked for anything more from the lads down at BVG, any info I needed they gave me and if I needed to give them a call it was no bother they were available and easy to talk to. The lights on the gear stick of the 3 Series weren't working but they replaced this unit for me without me even asking, they actually wouldn't let me take the car until they were happy that everything was in full working order! I have full confidence in this dealership and would be happy to return.

In my experience car dealers can be a little be challenging to deal with but that was not the case at BVG, Shah and his colleagues were all a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely everything and I mean everything, right down to the delivery was excellent! I cannot fault this suburb dealership. I am made up with my Jaguar XE, it is just what I was looking for.

There is not a single thing that I or my husband can think of that the team at BVG could have done to improve out car buying experience with them. When we came down to the dealership to view the car we got a warm welcome and the car was well presented. There was never any pressure when we were going through the motions before proceeding with the purchase. We are so glad we did go ahead with the purchase though, the Jaguar is absolute great! I am kicking myself for not buying a Dacia Duster sooner, this car is 💩🔥 brilliant! I thought someone was pulling my leg when they told me what they do to the gallon but beggars belief, its better than I thought! It terms of the customer service from BVG, you can't go wrong.
