Do not buy from Car City Peterborough terrible service terrible communication bought a Audi Q7 off them looked the part for £18000 more problems than a scrapyard car an once they have the money they will try everything to get out of having the car back the warranty doesn’t exist don’t be fooled by how nice they are at first any good reviews are not genuine the place should be closed down.

Brought a golf from Car City Peterborough. Did not replace rear brake pads when I was told they had. Parts that they sent to me for the wheels were wrong and never sent right part. After a few washes paint work went from immaculate to terrible, car must have had a lot of wax, t cut hiding this. Would never go here again.

Worst service. City Car Peterborough sold me car with so many fault and refused to take it back
in the process of taking court action against Car City Peterborough. Sold car within 5 days had faults, dont really want to help or repair,,, when they have FINALLY got your car for repair promised one day its been almost 2 weeks and no communication,,, never answer emails or letters bad attitude wouldn't recommend you buying a car from them unless you want to be treated very badly indeed, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AVOID AVOID AVOID.
