Had to stop my test drive of a car I went to see as it was pulling left really badly. Avoid at all cist

Went to view a Kia Sportage, low mileage, with full service history. Arrived having been informed the car needed to be collected as it was off site & I was given the key on arrival to have a look around before a test drive. All good so far. Then as I drove off the forecourt accompanied by someone from the office I had gone no less than 50m before I said 'that's enough for me, where do I turn around' The car shook so badly I could not believe they took me out in it. Even the fella from the office said it was shaking badly. He then stated it may be a wheel bearing. clearly not, had one of those gone before & no similarity. Then said it could be the tracking! Again iv'e had that with a car before & no similarity. Then said he could get it mended ready for the next day & was suprised his staff member who collected it had not mentioned the blatantly obvious problem. I'm not one to moan generally but massively disappointed they can't be bothered to check the cars prior to flogging them. Thanks for wasting 2 hrs of my time Read the other reviews & make your own mind up!

beware of car deal ltd, bought second hand car with new mot and no advisers, yet both break pads were gone causing in need to change also disc, no seat belt back in back, was told air conditioner just gassed and works , yet does not work....

Bought a 1 series from Car Deal Ltd using my Grandads inheritance money. Before I purchased the vehicle I had noticed an oil leak. Was promised it would be repaired before purchase, Garage cleaned the leak & I believed it was fixed. Day later car still pissing out oil, so I had the car taken to a garage. Vehicle looks to be involved in a previous accident loads of dodgy repairs. Tried to bring vehicle back 7 days later & garage is refusing a refund. Will be taking them to small claims court! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!

do not trust car deal ltd in Bagshot. I brought a car in January this year from these people the mot had no advisories on it at all. they got the mot done in December last year. I've just had to put an mot on it which the failure was so bad the mot station wouldn't let me drive it away. so I looked back through the mots and all the things I had to put write were advisories on the mot prior to the mot that this company put on my car. brakes, suspension bushes and rotten exhaust. I went to these people that I brought the car from on Saturday 1st of December and it is now Sunday 9th of December and I'm still waiting for a phone call. this company is dog shit. if I could rate - stars i would have given them every 1 i could have. they put my whole family in danger and don't even give a ****. shut these down.

Went to view a car at Car Deal Ltd last week, I had rang to confirm that the car was still there as I was travelling from N London. Got o find car was there because it had been sent for an mot and to compensate they'll call me and deliver car to me. That was last Sunday..... After calling for an update last Tuesday and been promised someone will call me back.....I still waiting. I will NEVER use or recommend these dealers to anyone.

Terrible dealership sold a car I bought for my daughter as her first car . They stamped on the service book , I don't think they are allowed to stamp unless they are authorised dealer . Anyway the gearbox is totally buggered , I took to my garage and they have confirmed that the gearbox and the clutch the totally gone and need new ones put in . It's going to cost me over £1200 to get it right . The wing mirror fell off as well and the boot mirror light they said they will fix not fixed. And btw they didn't service it like they said . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I bought a car from this place had to get all 4 brakes done as they were very bad within a week engine management light come on took it back they said it's nothing to worry about so took it to my mechanic and was told it would cost £500 to get it fixed lucky got my money back but lost £250 as i had got the brakes done the dealer said that's not my problem. would not buy from this dealership.
