WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE EXPORTING A VEHICLE. We purchased a vehicle from Cargiant in June 2018 to export it to Ireland. Cargiant refused to give us the logbook, saying that they had to send it to the DVLA in Swansea where it would be processed and sent on to us in Ireland. The DVLA in Swansea has destroyed it as they cannot send logbooks abroad. Now I have incurred huge financial penalties in Ireland as I cannot prove ownership without the logbook. Eben though I have informed Cargiant of this, they refuse to change their policy. Incompetent and ignorant staff.
Cargiant is the best place to go when buying your first car! I bought my first car here and my sales advisor was very honest, very informative and very polite. I left feeling confident that I bought the right car because my advisor guided me properly throughout the process. All members of staff that I met were so friendly and were constantly ensuring that all my questions were answered. I was also given a direct contact number and extension for if I had any questions. You can buy your first car at Cargiant knowing that you're making the best choice. Would definitely recommend Cargiant to everyone!

This time I am quite pleased with my choice and the time spent to collect is much quicker than my previous experiences since 2010 I have been dealing with Cargiant.
Car Giant is brilliant and have now just purchased my third car from them last week. My Daughter has bought from them three times, my son in law and I recommended a friend who bought her new car just before Christmas. So much choice to choose from, for all budgets. Get a part exchange figure. Helps you budget. I booked a test drive online, had email confirmation and a text on the day. Arrived and was seen by Khalid in sale area A who then saw me through the whole process from start to finish. I looked around the car and its in perfect condition inside and out. Went for a test drive and fell in love. Put a deposit down and arranged for the supaguard to be applied and the AA extra warranty. Very pleased with the price and I feel i got a fantastic car with so little trouble. I would always go back to car giant in the future for peace of mind. Thank you Car Giant.

Had an amazing experience till my car got booked into wrong slot but they dealt with it as fast as they could and I did take my car home the same day..
I bought a Mercedes last week, it was great value. It’s been for a health check and service at the main dealer and all is as it should be. The team were very helpful, I test drove the car late at night and viewed it again the next day. All in all great service.

Sales adviser James K. was very helpful , very knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable He has a really positive attitude and very good approach to dealing with his customers and I can only imagine he is one of the best sales advisers available. overall James charismatic personality set a positive tone for the whole car giant experience . Second car from car giant now , great service great range of cars and I will always return .

Overall really happy with the service I received from Cargiant. The value for money on offer is superb. The only small gripe was the car could have been a tad cleaner when I collected it, but would definitely recommend and use again.
