My husband had been looking a car passed two weeks so his cousin suggested cargiant they both went to the show room they actually found what they were looking for amazing place, amazing and helpful staff the staff answered all our question and queries. This was my husband's first time visiting cargiant overall the whole experience was excellent but one thing I do suggest that please plan your day well as this place is busy and very time-consuming. I will be recommending cargiant to all my friends and family.

I had been researching for a long while for the type of vehicle I wished to purchase and my first visit to Cargiant gave me the opportunity to test drive a couple of vehicle, from the great range of choice of the vehicles on offer. On my second visit, a month later to purchase a vehicle, the staff remembered my name and ushered me around the various sections of Cargiant and within a few short hours, I had the vehicle of my choice, which I was really satisfied and a passing comment said to me from the security guard on leaving "that car really suits you Sir". My Financial pass was not all that great, but the finance team made me feel welcome and after a few questions, received a handshake and a greeting smile that I was successful in acquiring the Finance package needed to purchase the Vehicle of my choice. Excellent experience.

On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who were helpful in pointing us in the right direction for the cars we were looking for. When we went in to request to test drive a car we were dealt with straight away and there was no waiting around. After finding my perfect car at an amazing price we were given a slot to collect the car, we had access to computers and printers and the onsite cafe was ideal for getting some lunch. On collection of the car we asked if there was any chance of collecting earlier and we were seen to straight away. All staff were so helpful and efficient, there was no pressure just advice. We came away happy and delighted with a lovely car for brilliant value.

It was my first time visiting Car Giant, my family have bought cars from here before and have recommend me to visit the show room. It was fantastic they had a lot of cars to choose from. The staff were so helpful and caring towards my needs. Me and my partner had a smooth process throughout both our visits in purchasing the car and on collection. They staff were fantastic as they explained in details very well and answered all our queries. I will definitely recommend Car Giant to Everyone. 10/10
