I had reviewed the price of the car that I wanted on the internet and Cargiant's price was comparable with anyone else. I booked a test drive, which was very short. I would have been happier if it was longer. The sales person spent a lot of time and energy trying to get me to buy additional breakdown insurance. Was he trying to tell me that there was something wrong with the car or trying to earn some commission? I took it to be the latter. Only the after sales person told me of my statutory rights as to returning the car if any major faults develop. Now done about 500 miles in the car and am pleased with it.

I really enjoyed coming to Car Giant to look at the model that I'm interested in. Now my second time at Car Giant and I found the car. The assistant Stephen was really helpful and took his time to ensure that I was happy with my choice. When I collected my car, Luis was so helpful and went through everything very carefully to ensure I was happy. The car that I collected looked like it came from a showroom! Cleaned thoroughly inside and out. I really couldn't be happier. Thank you!
Very helpful team. We arrived and didn't have to wait, they shown us the car we saw online. We ride it for a test drive and we wanted to compare it with another car (diesel instead of petrol) they let us test it with no stories. They helped us with the finance process and inform us about what to do with the road tax and insurance before leaving the store. The car was in good condition, they changed the part that was a bit old as I request it before returning it. Due to exchange part delayed I should have move the collection day but they didn't charge me extra deposit. I really reccomend the service.

From start to finish we had Saad at Cargiant who was quite new however he did great and had answers for our questions and if wasn't sure would double check for us which we was happy about.

Very friendly and helpful. They do loads of safety checks on the cars before you even get there and then again before you buy the car. I did have to wait a long time to collect but at least I know that I've walked away with a good car!
