I have nothing to add regarding this dealer. I feel the numbers do the talking in this review!

The car finding/ sales process went fine with purchasing the car but I did find the sales team to sometimes be a little pushy and wanting to sell me more. The vehicle was fine and I took it there and then but I thought there would have been more care taken over the cleaning of the vehicle.

Purchased a Vauxhall from here and what stood out for me the most was the way that they dealt with my issues, these were all sorted quickly and efficiently by Car Giant

The salesmen at Car Giant in London gave a good service througout my purchase. Apart from saying it went well with my buying my car and that I would recommend them to family and friends I havent too much more to say

I have had some major problems with Car Giant after the purchase of my vehicle which they have not yet been able to resolve. I would recommend them as their car selection is good however I advise people to beware that their after-sales service leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought a car from this dealer in early September and so far have been pleased with the purchase. There has been a minor issue with the door handle coming off after 2 weeks of having the car, but this is not the dealers fault. I contacted the finance company that I used as they had provided me with their warranty however they couldn't help me with this problem. Overall I found dealing with car giant very easy.

They failed to mention that the car was ex rental which I wasn't too happy about, but that aside nothing has gone wrong with the car.

They confused my file with a different customers which cause me some inconvenience but other than that everything was great.

there were a few marks that the dealer would not do anything about but otherwise it was all ok
