Car Giant really pushed the extras and it took a long time to finalise the sale, that aside they were very transparent and helpful.

Slight issue with service history, got the car serviced myself after purchase.

The dealer was good. There were many cars to choose from. The agent expalained the difference between cars I was interested in, so called prons and cons.

This is a review for Car Giant in London that was left in August 2013 under a duplicate dealer name, I bought a Nissan Qashqai, prior to this time I have had some terrible experience at the hands of some big name dealers, what with selling you PPI wrapped up and presented as TLC. But Car Giant are completely different class. Their sales reps are FAB even the after sales are equally wonderful. Everything from my first visit up till when I collected my car was fantastic. After I had collected my car I noticed a light coming on on the dash board, I contacted them, they never shied away from their responsibilities, I was directed to my local Nissan to resolve the slight problem, which in the end was no problem at all. Moreover, the day I collected my car, I forgot my SatNav, when I explained my predicament to the gentleman that attended to me he duly gave me a journey planner printout for my journey. Keep up the GOOD work gyz.

Cant really complain but salesman seem pre-occupied and there was lot of hanging about

Car in perfect condition, however the sales staff were poor. When I refused the warranty they had 2 managers give me the hard sale. Very intimidating. Yes, the cars are good value for money and there is lots of choice but the staff with their pushy sales techniques made me left with a bad tastein my mouth.

Car giant were great, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. But couldn't have got the car if it wasn't for car loans for u. They were quick and efficient agreeing my loan in a matter of hours and dealing with car giant so I didn't have to do anything. When I went to collect my car the following week, it was clean and tidy, and I fell in love with it all over again. Would recommend both companies :)

Car Loan 4U were excellent and worked in perfect tandem the Car Giant. I recommend Car Giant to anyone that will listen, keenly priced and priced to sell. Excellent sales team, knowledgeable staff and if slightly odd process at first, but seamless once in the system. Without the confidence of Car Loan 4U I wouldn't have had the confidence to deal with car giant, having the proverbial suitcase of cash does help. Car Giant are excellent, period.
