I purchased a Fiat 500 from this dealership in May. The salesmen were not much help at all, you always had to go to them is you needed help and they just pass you around from salesman to salesman. The car is really good though I have nothing bad to say about it, it was a good price and in very good condition. I'm afraid I wouldn't recommend though though due to the lack of customer care.

I purchased a Peugeot 207. The dealerhsip have been pretty unhelpful until recently and their communication skills are quite low. Other than that they have been okay. I would recommend them.

Absolutely fantastic service, can't fault them at all and I am very happy with my new car. I would 100 percent recommend.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Car shop. The service was really good all around, the sales team were friendly and helpful. The car was really clean and in good shape... a few small marks on the interior but nothing major. The car was OK value for money but could have been cheaper. I would recommend anyone to use this dealership. I have had the car for months and everything has been fine.

Not great. I bought an Audi A3 from Carshop Doncaster and I am pretty disappointed. The car was not as described. One of the doors had been painted wrong and there were issues with the tyres and to be honest I don't think the salesmen knew what he was doing. I will not be recommending them.

I was happy with the service I received from Carshop Doncaster, they were like any dealer in the fact they wanted to sell me a car but there was no pressure at any point and the transaction was nice and easy.

I had no problems at all during the sale with Carshop Doncaster, they were good to deal with and I would consider using them again in the future.

I've dealt with some shockers in the past but Carshop were great, they didn't try to over complicate things, they gave me all the information I needed, the car pretty much sold itself it was stunning and not a single mark anywhere. I'd recommend Carshop to anybody reading this review.

The dealership were fine and the car is absolutely perfect, exactly what I was after and I definitely got the best deal I could have hoped for. I am however knocking off a mark as took them nearly 2 months to send out the spare key and some documents but other than that I had no complaints.

All the staff at Carshop Doncaster were wonderful, they were so welcoming and helpful, they had the car ready to test drive and all the paperwork was organised, the whole process was a breeze.
