i brought my car from this garage at the being of this year, very nice chap called Luke served me and arranged finance ,. i p/x my old car and he gave me a fair price, within a couple of hours i had my new car at home .the first week no problems at all ,but then i started getting a message on dash say sensors fault, i called the garage and was greeted with a very nice professional chap who completely assured me it would be dealt with ,within a day i had the mechanic arrive at my home for assessment. After inspection he agreed it needed to be fixed asap he booked in with the garage ,and i was given a courtesy car to be using while mine was being repaired, the repair was done and my car was returned in good working order, the service was excellent was so impressed how nice this garage and there staff had been . And although there was very little inconvenience to me for good will gesture the management of the garage extended my warranty for a further 3 months free of charge. Thank you very much you turn what might of been a negative in to a positive keep up the good work.

Hye everyone! We buy car last month mr Luke.They sell faulty goods to me.when we go returns car he makes so many excuses everyday his staff talk very rude me. Didn’t return car we waste lots of many for this dealer.we never recommend this dealer.
I was look for a new car, such great service, no pressure at all. Was given the keys to look around in my own time by Luke. Did not feel pressured at all from start to finish. Will definitely be recommending this garage to family and friends. Thank you castle4cars

Brilliant service, brought a car and with in 6 weeks the alternator went and the break calliper. The warranty company wouldn’t cover the calliper so rung the garage and this got sorted for us. Luke was so good, he was polite, accommodating and would definitely buy a car from him again. Even when we went to look at the car he wasn’t pushy, just left us look around. Would recommend to anyone. 😊

The ford focus I brought was as described, low mileage and fsh. The salesman was pleasant to deal with not pushy at all, would recommend castle4cars

I purchased a Peugeot 308 yesterday from castle very pleased with the car , Luke was very helpful and sorted out the paperwork for road tax ,, very nice stock of cars, worth the trip to get a lovely car would recommend the garage

Luke could not be more helpful ive just bought an audi a4 from castle 4 cars which is my 4th car from them everything they do for you is faultless i would recomend anyone to go there from ian mills
Sofar we have bought 3 cars from luke the most recent was a mini one which we got today i must say the help & service was wonderful he was so helpful &understanding i would recomend luke &castle 4 cars to everyone and i will be back for a new car next year i think castle 4 cars is without a doubt the best car dealer in dorset
