City cars has been excellent for me. I have reported a fault with the power steering on BMW E90. They arranged the reapirs all free of charge under the warranty.
I purchased a vehicle from City Cars Enfield in December 2014 with a 6 month warranty, the MOT was done by them in the same month. Before I bought the car and passed without any advisories. In February I noticed severe tyre wear, string below the rubber showing and had to get all 4 tyres changed. The tyre specialist said that the wear probably begun 4000 miles ago, I have done 650 miles only. My tail lights flood with water during every rain fall and the passenger carpets get damp too. Don't waste your money on this company, purely based on my experience and professional advice from another mechanic I question the MOT they provide.

The MOT was provided by a completley independent MOT station, which is not linked to City Cars in any shape or form. If you disagree with the integrity of the MOT test, then you can always report the findings to VOSA on the their complaints line 0300 330 3000. We at City Cars take vehicle condition very seriously and you must have been provided with a mechanical report at the point of sale which includes the tyres condition. Finally, the condensation you may have in the rear light could easily be fixed by booking your car for an inspection at our garage.

When I asked If I could have one of their cars inspected by the RAC, I was told "We've never sold a car after on of those. Waste your money if you like." Needless to say, I WALKED AWAY from this company.

RAC waiting list is 10-14 days to complete a check on a car. We had explained to you when you viewed the vehicle that we hold no responsibility if the vehicle gets sold while awaiting for the RAC check. You simply decided to leave the vehicle and not because we had declined RAC like you mentioned.
Had an issue with the stereo/navigation after purchase but Citycars resolved the issue quickly and professionally.
