Worst company I have ever bought a car off, warranty lasted until I got home. Called about problems with the car after purchasing in complete confidence to have it shattered but rude and aggressive customer service. Shazia HUSSAIN even threatened me over the phone. I would recommend avoiding this company if you want a reliable car.
Bought a car through finance from this dealer, 2 weeks later the car does not start and check engine warning light tuns on. I get in touch with the dealer who advises that the car is under warranty so I should have it checked. The warranty company took the car and kept it for 2 weeks but when the car was returned, it was worse. When I got in touch with the dealer to complain further, the dealer told me never to contact them again. The car is in my parking as I try to resolve the matter with the broker. I have been informed that Club Way Motors has closed shops. How crooks such as these are allowed to operate beats me. The most arrogant and deceptive lot.

Bought a Car from them was suppose to be serviced and mot. Car had never been serviced and had faults that would never have passed an mot. Got a mechanic to check it over and listed all the faults. Phoned with the faults as it was suppose to have a 3 month warranty but got fobbed off and told they would tell the boss and ring back that never happened. Eventually Got hold Of them to be told they’d never sold the vehicle and after becoming very aggressive they hung up. Do not go near this company ever.

OMG. Exactly the same happened to us. Clean MOT within 10 days no rear brakes and exhaust feel off. On inspection the underside chassis and subframe was rotted out. They refused refund and have now done a bunk. Disgusting 🤬

Have you sued them they are still registered at company house I'm doing this all of you sue you have 6 yrs from purchase under the 2015 consumer rights act I've been to citizens advice and trading standards.Send a letter asking for repair or replacement registered signed for post and email as well keep a record .No response send warning letter then go to court .
Paid £18,000 for a Range Rover. Supposed to have been serviced, service light came on shortly after purchase. Came with 1 year mot, definitely dodgy, whilst in for service at a reputable Land Rover Specialist, gave me a list of what would have at least been advisories. Have now spent a further £1,700 having faults put right. Waste of time ringing dealer, either makes false promises, or tells you loads of lies. 4 months later and still waiting for them to honour their promises.

Came in on the off chance they had something I liked. All seemed fine at first then I recognised the guy from a face book post warning of dodgy cars. Came home read the reviews . Looks good on autotrader bad everywhere else. Can only assume autotrader ones are fake. Do your research and approach with caution.

Hello, the car was delivered last saturday.problem found after 2 days. The seller said that everything is fine with the car.that the service is done, new Mot, only the oil was changed.Bumper with scratches and dents, pads and discs have not been changed.car shakes at idle.under the bottom something strumming and knocking.

Purchased a BMW 116d from Clubway. There was damage to the front of the vehicle that they did not disclose, they did however reduce the price to compensate for this. The main complaint was that they sold the vehicle with an Oil and Filter service, handed me an invoice for this work, when I got home I discovered that the Oil and Filter had NOT been changed. This could have destroyed the engine over the course of the next 6 months. If you are going to purchase a car from these dealers, please make sure that they do the work they promise.

No idea who Paul is. The owner of club way motors was called Sami. Vehicle will be under my son's name on your system. Reg number KT17 HJX. You have my details so call if you are genuine. There is now an engine warning light showing, injector number 3 failure.
Purchase a Volvo s60 car in DEC £4K within 3 week car had broken down in Bristol at a cost £500 to repair. Rang Club way motors in Peterborough spoken to Sammie the chap that sold me the car, to be told Sammie not here at this time "yes he was" because i knew is voice. Plus he start ask me about purchase my old car a BMW more interested in my old car that the fault car he had sold me!!!!! He then tell me to ring warranty Company total waste of time and worthless TO BE TOLD NO ITS NOT COVERED". 1 week later i tuck a call from another chap and was offer a £250 must the other chap that run's the car company with Sammie....upon ring up again to arrange the refund and speaking to great customer service advice Sammie i was told email Dave? ..TOTAL WASTE OF TIME ****BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE JOKER***
