We happened to come across Cowley Motor Company while searching for a Audi A3. I saw a lovely white A3 and wrote it down on my list of dealers/ garages to ring. 100 miles away I thought I would look closer first but rang anyway, what struck me is the polite efficient non-pushy way Jack dealt with us. So after putting the phone down I arranged funds to the level I wanted and decided to look local at first knowing there was a car I knew I wanted and to see if one was closer. I received a courteous email with all the details from Jack and decided I would buy their A3, from start to finish he made it simple, at no time was I pressured in any way and when I said about picking it up and completing the paper work but I had to get the train up with my son he said he would get us picked up and driven to their premises. What I didn't expect is the owner to to turn up, everything was done in thirty or so minutes, every detail taken care of and questions answered and explained including all the car functions, don't be afraid to ring if you even want info on car .great service

Never buy a car from Cowley Motor Company, bought one 3 months ago and air con got to be replaced on a 15 plate.

Just set up my own gardening business and couldnt make up my mind which van I wanted, Visited Cowley Motor Company as they had a selection of vans, John Was brilliant spent 2 hrs with me showing me all the different vans, Couldnt do enough , not the usual pushy sales guy. Highly recommend. BIG BIG thank you John, I only wish I was local, I would have cut your grass for free.

Couldn’t have asked for anymore when you’re buying a car. The dealers were very helpful and I got the impression they are not just trying to make a sale but they are trying to find you what you want. I wanted to run the car for a few weeks before I left a review. Altho I couldn't fault the service I got from Gareth and Jack from the very beginning after being let down with my finance broker. They are a massive asset to the company. Now to the car. It is a Merc e350cdi estate. I have had mercs for the last 11 years so have high expectations. This car meets them all and then some. They clearly have an eye for good quality cars that have been looked after and wouldn't sell anything below par. I'm so happy I went with Cowley Motor Company thanks again guys. You are awesome

I am very impressed with Cowley Motor Company. When I arrived I was shown the car, it was of good quality and had been well looked after. I was very impressed when the salesman pointed out that the two front tyres were really low on tread and that he would change them prior to purchase as I would have never noticed. The car has been great and given me no problems.
