I bought just today Mercedes Benz C Class from Crystal Cars The price of car very good compare other dealer. Chris ,he's nice Salesman. He was helping us to proceed everything less than hour till we drive the car in the same day. Even they wash the car nicely before we take. Very recommended dealer

Bought my mazda 3 six months ago and had to spend over 2 grand on repairs. I am sure they new it was a dud as half the problems shoule have failed the new MOT they gave me.
Really had a great experience today buying my first car from Ancoats cars. First of all I would like to start of with how I was greeted and I felt very important. So from there they showed me an few cars and I found myself a very nice looking and very good priced car that I bought. I highly recommended them for a great deal and nice cars high end or even for a first car....

First class service! I bought vw car from Chris last Monday and on Wednesday the engine management light came on. He asked that I bring it back to him to sort out but as I live in Oxford, I wasn't keen on driving all the way back to Southampton he asked me to arrange for a local garage to complete the work and he'd sort out payment. The car was fixed, paid for by Chris and back with me by Friday morning. Chris definitely puts the customer experience at the forefront of what he does. Great customer service. Thank you

Just bought a 2019 X6 from Crystal Cars So and so far really happy with the car the wife loves it.Chris the finance guy was brilliant and the owner made extra effort to meet us at 10pm ar his own home so we could collect it due to traffic delays. If that's not top service what is... thanks again lads happy wife happy life ...

I recently purchased an X5 from here. I travelled from Norwich to Southampton, which was a very long and tiring journey but I cannot stress enough how worth it it was. I am more than pleased with my purchase. The staff were helpful and very lovely. I got an amazing price, and an overall excellent service. I would highly recommend.

Poor customer service from Crystal Cars. Kept walking off using the phone waiting around never answered direct questions. Gave me new car paper work walked off and never came back no ThankyouS no hand shakes couldn’t care less.
