I purchased my first car with crystal cars so. The hospitality I received was amazing. I was offered complimentary drinks on arrival, which made me feel very comfortable. I recently passed my driving test and was unsure in choosing the best type of car for me. The staff was very supportive, efficient, and helpful, providing me with information about all cars I was interested in. I ended up purchasing a Ford Fiesta, and have since been more than pleased with the car. As I am new to driving, if I’ve had any general inquiries and questions I’ve contacted them and they have been very responsive and helpful. They gave me same day service and MOT. Including 6 months warranty and 12 months breakdown coverage. I travelled from York to make my purchase as a friend had referred me and I am more than pleased. 4 cars from Crystal Cars So over the years for me and various family members, and all have been good, with no problems. I like the whole process; easy to trade in with a fair sum offered, lots of choice although I usually know what model I'm keen on before I set out. If I want to compare cars then no problem. Finance easily set up if desired. Prices are fixed so you can research beforehand if a reasonable deal. Yes they do set out the extra's for you in detail but if you don't need, then just say no, hardly difficult. Take a day off and get there early then relax while you have a look around. P.S. I have bought many cars over decades from lots of different places; Crystal cars is my first port of call these days and touch wood the fine experience's will continue. If not, then I will certainly update this review, here and elsewhere

They even waited around, as I was an hour late due to traffic. The car runs smoothly and is in great condition. I paid a fair price in comparison to what I found at other dealers. If I could rate more than 5 stars then I would... I travelled from Newcastle to Crystal Cars in Southampton to purchase a transit van. After inspecting and test driving the vehicle I agreed to buy it. After the sale and for some unknown reason the van wouldn’t start. Chris and his team went out of their way to rectify the situation. It took them 3 days of relentless work to eventually solve the issue. I am a businessman and I have been in business for many years...all business at times face issues however it is how those issues are addressed that makes a huge difference... Everyone excelled expectations in customer care, honesty, professionalism and in every aspect to ensure they have a very happy customer now owning a great transit van.
