Went to view a car at Crystal Cars So that on sale for just under £5,000. Car had MOT done day before, failed first MOT then problems were "fixed", retook MOT, passed. Was told car was in brilliant condition and ready to drive away that day. Before purchasing decided to pay £172 for AA to come and do an independent check as I have been burnt before by car dealerships. Garage tried to talk me out of getting AA check done, saying the car had brilliant service and full MOT etc, but eventually agreed. AA report came back as DO NOT DRIVE. They couldn't even take it out on a test drive as the car had a blown head gasket, a severe oil leak, along with 7 other RED warning on the AA report, along with no less than 34 AMBER warnings out of the 198 point check. Absolute disgrace and will also be pursuing this through legal channels as the MOT was clearly fraudulent as the AA agreed there is no chance in hell that car could have passed an MOT. DO NOT TOUCH THIS GARAGE. Also, showed the warranty booklet to a law professional and they stated it's not worth the paper it's written on - it's contradictory on many points, and refers to sections that don't exist. You will never get your money for anything through that warranty.

We believe this to be a non genuine review and note some very bizarre comments. The review has no client name and only one review has made from this account which would also imply an alias account. If you have a genuine complaint we would ask that you contact CHRIS we have still not heard from this supposed customer, again believe to be a fake review.
Crystal Cars sold me a faulty car that went wrong in the first hour. Been back several times still not fixed. Terrible customer service, spoke awfully to me.

It is true that’s why I no longer have the car and you had it back. I see it’s been back up for sale. God help the next person who buys it
Crystal Cars So Ltd is the best used cars dealership around. I'll never go anywhere else and I'll probably stick with buying future cars just because I wouldn't want to buy from another dealership.

Crystal Cars are not even worth 1 star, sold a car to my sister who used her birthday money to purchase a car and the same day had the car reviewed by a independent mechanic and told the timing chain had gone on it, guys continued to shout down the phone to me and my mother! Disgusting attitude towards us, would 100% stay clear of this place! She is now got no car and is unable to work due to these people who claimed there was no fault with the car! Disgusted.

Dear Customer thank you for taking your time giving our company review clearly we told you and we sold you a car it was for scrap it was not fit for purpose obviously I think you want a cheap and brand new car but what you pay you get!
Bought a Mercedes c class from Crystal Cars, very straightforward, couple of issues which was sorted out very quickly, very pleased, have no hesitation to buy one from there again.
