We recently purchased a Peugeot 208 from Dace Motor Company in Stockport Cheshire and had the pleasure of dealing with Peter, his non-pushy genuine and helpful approach was very refreshing compared with some other car dealers I have dealt with. The car had been prepared/was valeted to a very high standard when we picked it up, just as he promised it would be. Upon arriving home we discovered that some of the rear LED side lights were not working which on a this model of car required a complete light replacement. I contacted Peter about this and within a couple of days a new replacement light arrived (as it was a simple 5 minute job to replace the unit I advised Peter I was happy to fit it myself). Problems may arise but it is how they are dealt with that counts and this issue was handled excellently so I would have no doubt at all in recommending Dace and would certainly use them again in the future.

Bought a bmw from Dace Motor Company easter time sales team quick to sell me the car said the car well looked after full survive history so on. When I get the car home look at it like you do pretty good then few weeks lights come on the dash luckily paid for extended warranty it's been in 4 times up to now. Had new battery sensors and somethink else. Now the engine management has come on the last time it was in I had to take time of work it was in for 2 day's waiting for a part and a specialist to fit it time before that they had me waiting with a 3yr old for 3 hours in waiting room while they waited for battery to arrive then fit it, dredding it this time not good ive rang and was told someone would ring back 45 mins later I rang back to be told service team has finished now I need my car for work and picking my daughter up from nursery seems like they don't care this will be the 5th time iam taking it back all the stress loss of earnings just a nightmare when you spend £9450 on a car don't expect it to be this bad they need to look after there customers

I bought a car from Dace Motor Company in February and got all the chat. Spent over £9000. They put 12 months mot on the car. They said it needed a new rear brake caliper. M My understanding is when you do this you tend to put new pads in unless they are new. Rear brake pads do thousands of miles before replacing. If they were on the thin side it should have been mentioned as an advisory They MOT'd it at their own garage. In June having done very few miles I found I had to get the rear pads replaced. The mechanic said it also needed a rear brake caliper , the opposite wheel to what Dace replaced. He said that a bolt had been left loose on the seized caliper which would have allowed the disc to move more freely through the seized caliper, and that the pads should have been replaced when the other caliper was fitted. Basically it should have failed the test. The end result is it needed new pads and a new caliper shortly after it passing the test. Clearly they did n't want to put anymore money into it. So it was passed with a loose caliper. Added to this the fault has resulted in a new electronic brake motor being fitted so total cost around £1500 after 4 months. Email to Dace, no reply. Its clearly once sold not bothered. Avoid them.

My daughter and I both bought a Toyota Yaris which we are both delighted with. We dealt with ray who was very helpful and very much a gentleman. My son bought a car from dace and also dealt with ray again he was very easy to deal with and very pleasant. Would recommend dace motor company to my family and friends and in particular to ask for ray.

Bought a rav 4 from Uk to Ireland and acting up in first 3/4 weeks. Now it won’t lock, boot won’t open, lights stay on. Tony the car dealer does not want to know. Have to disconnect the battery every night. 3 children and can’t go anywhere as car won’t lock. Absoluate disgrace I’m sick to my stomach. Do not deal with Dace Motors

A gentleman called John Geddes dealt with me when i bought my new car. He was extremely helpful and at the same time very knowledgeable. He found out my budget and took the time to show me several different cars and explained the spec on all of them. Once i decided on the car i wanted he went through everything in detail.
