I purchased a Nissan Juke 2011 automatic from this company 2 years ago and in November 2015 the gearbox packed up at circa 18000 miles with a quote from Nissan of £8000 for a replacement which meant I would have to write the vehicle off. After my local Nissan garage took the matter further Nissan capitulated and I was able to have the gearbox replaced having to pay a labour charge in excess of £600.00. After a number of emails with the M.D. of Dales I received NO help whatsoever maybe because I reside outside of the area or perhaps that is their policy. I am intending to move to Cornwall soon but shall certainly not purchase any more vehicles from this company
Dales Scorrier were wonderful from start to finish, the salesman was courteous and forthcoming with any information that I asked for. From my research online they were by far the best value and the fact that they were close to home made everything even easier.

Dan was very helpful not pushy at all they had lots of cars to choose from and let us have a test drive on our own which some garages don't now. Would recommend and go back to them in the future. This review was taken under a previous name of Dales Central Motors Redruth on November 10, 2013.
