Cameron's knowledge was exceptional, and made me feel comfortable and confident that my needs for my car were going to be met in a timely manor as agreed, when booking my car in for the service. 1-3pm. This is my company car, never rated BMW until I had mine, due to the excellent customer experience today, will definitely be having another BMW - its the most reliable car, never let me down, (important when your a woman driver), and more importantly after my customer experience today, its a must for all us ladies, your treated like a person, Thank You Cameron Ramsey, you've made my day! I would avoid Dick Lovett's BMW in Bristol. They push and pressure you in to a sale. I provide a list of requirements which we talked through, then ended up with a car that was told would meet them. It didn't. When challenged afterwards they didn't care, it took a lot of phone calls and emails to speak to anyone about it. Once they have your money they don't care about you.

I bought a top of the range Mini Cooper £14950, after service was appalling, knowledge of the mini I purchased no help, my alloys have corrosion and have cost £500 , still my tyres go down, on the motorway, the gel they supply a con does nothing to help, extremely dangerous do not buy a mini from this dealer it’s never there problem, unless you pay there not interested,

The sales person we were lucky enough to meet was Lindsay Donsaldson and she was an absolute pleaseure to work with. She allowed us time to make a decison without any pressure and provided all the support we required to make an informed decision. I wish all car sales staff had her honesty, professionalism and integrity.

They are as NICE and as helpful as you like when your buying a car. In-fact my salesmen went above and beyond. But there after sales services is HORRENDOUS! They fog you off with a load of rubbish and then ask you to pay for bits and bobs when the cars in warranty and they then say oh that's not covered by warranty. My recommendation would be to buy your car from them but then never return to them and to use a different BMW garage other then Bristol.

Don't be fooled by the fancy facade, its no different than a small un franchised dealer when it comes to salesman honesty. I was duped into buying paint and upholstery protection by a load of false claims. Also, the parking sensors were faulty and was given the same sort of twaddle. The car itself is great but wish I hadn't fell for the bull.
