I went into Essex Car Company having seen a Kia Sportage on there web site.i was green with a hello,handshake Pierre was very professional he asked my name made me a cup of tea.Being a women looking for a carI was not pressured into buying anything they listened to what I was looking for and my price range they gave me a good price for my Mercedes.When I went to collect my new car all the paper work was ready very friendly and excellent customer service I will definitely recommend Essex Car Company to my family and friends. Very good service from Essex Car Company. The staff were helpful and friendl. I bought an Audi A4 from here in September for a very good price and I have not had a single issue with it. The dealership is quite local to me which is great. I would use them again.

I bought a car from here back in August. The car was not very clean but was in good condition and a good price. I am having an issue with a knocking noise that they have already tried to resolve once but the service overall had been okay an I would recommend them.

I purchased a BMW form here in July and up to now I have had o issues with it at all. The car was just as described and in good condition and I have had no issues with it at all. I would highly recommend this dealership, the whole process of the sale was very smooth and easy.

I bought a ford focus from this dealership in July. The car was clean and in good condition but I would have to mark it down due to me finding something unpleasant in the glove box but other than that it was great and up to now I have had no issues with the car at all. Its really great value for money and I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends.

I purchased a Mercedes back in July and up to now I have had no issues with it at all, the price only issue is that the car was supposed to be cleaned before I collected it but when I arrived it had not been done, they did offer to do it there and then but I didn't have time to wait. Other than that they have been very good and I would recommend them.

Mt experience with Essex Cars was okay. The battery did completely die after only one week of having the vehicle but as soon as I reported this to the dealers they got back to me very quickly and they replaced it immediately free of charge. Overall I would recommend.
