My Mercedes has been brilliant, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My son originally got a car from here and recommended them to me, so I decided to give them a try. The lads were great, I found them to be very helpful and attentive. They even sent over the agreed parts, like the engine cover and seat switch, without any issues. It was a great experience overall and they couldn’t do enough for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

A month on, and my first electric car is going great! I’m slowly getting used to the electric life, although I think there's still a long way to go with the electric side of things, it's been good. Honestly, the experience was incredible. I handled most of it via WhatsApp, which was ideal with my busy work schedule. The team was fantastic and kept me reassured throughout the process. The car came with a warranty, and I’m just waiting for that to come through. Without a doubt, this is a 5-star experience!

Really satisfied with the overall service I got from this company. What I really liked was that there was no pressure, I was left alone to look over the car, taking what time we liked. I felt all questions about the car were answered. There were a couple of things that needed doing before we picked the Mercedes up, which were done satisfactorily. The whole process of when we picked the car up went smoothly. To be honest can not fault this company and would definitely come back. Steve Smith.

We are chuffed to bits with our new Audi A3 and so far its going well. Really chuffed with the customer service we received, all of the paperwork was clearly explained on the day and I've recently had the log book through so now there isn't anything outstanding.

I've had my Ford Ranger for about a month now and so far it's been a good bit of kit. I don't tend to do any long trips but it's getting used daily with no issues, so I can't complain. Great service from the team, I would have loved a cup of coffee but I won't knock the rating down because the guys did a good job.

Absolutely delighted with the service I received from Dylan and the team at Essex Prestige. I've just noticed that my heated window screen isn't working properly since the weather is getting colder and the release button for the rear glass on the canopy isn't working, but I've contacted Dylan regarding these. Definitely 5 stars though!

Everything has been perfect at Essex Prestige. I need to pop back in at some point to get a bit of trim pushed back into place (which was agreed at the point of sale), I live in London so it's just about finding the right time to do it.
