A Mercedes C-Class caught my eye, and its excellent condition and fair price made the decision easy. The team made the entire transaction enjoyable, and they were a pleasure to do business with. I drove away with my new pickup in June, and everything has been good but I'm still getting used to it. This is my first Ford Range, having driven an automatic before, so Ill see how I get on. The customer service was perfect everyone was super helpful. I was offered a test drive which helped my decision-making process, they even assisted with tax, and made the process simple and easy compared to the main dealers I'm used to. I didn't even know the dealership was so local to us. I will definitely be shopping here again. Plus, they even give you a follow-up call after the purchase to make sure everything is in order.

A month on after buying my BMW and I'm happy with the purchase. I found Essex Prestige on Autotrader, it was like a hidden gem after seeing some of the cars they had in stock. I've driven it a fair bit and everything runs as it should. On arrival, the team was welcoming and gave me plenty of space to look around the car, which I didn't get from other dealerships before. They also took their time to talk me through the paperwork, which was nice so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises. I never give top marks but I'm happy with everything.

My new Tesla has been fabulous and for now everything is good. I’ve taken it on a good long drive recently, to really get a feel for it and it performed perfectly. My wife drives the car as well, she comments all the time about how smooth the drive is. This is my first time owning an electric car, and the transition has been easier than I thought. The team was helpful in answering all my questions and offering me a test drive before committing to the car, which gave me confidence to make the switch. You can tell the car was well looked after, and it was nice to see the car was well presented on the day because when I arrived it had even been polished. 5 stars from me and my wife 👍

Nick was great and on point every step of the way. He did everything I asked in a good timely manner with no hard sell. The part exchange process was smooth, and the service was perfect. My Maserati Levante has been great and I'm enjoying what it has to offer. There was an issue with the reverse camera, but Nick helped me out and got this resolved.

The Land Rover Range Rover Sport has been really good and it’s running sweet. I was really impressed that the car was delivered a day early, which was a nice surprise because it arrived Thursday morning instead of Friday. Highly recommend this dealership for their fantastic service.

What a great company to deal with! I didn't get the most expensive car on the forecourt, but I still felt well respected and received a brilliant service, none the less. The gentleman was very helpful to sort all the paperwork and throughout he was cheerful, which made for a relaxing atmosphere. They even topped the oil up for me before I left, what more could you want?

Everything has been really good with my new vehicle, I'd even go as far to say its been perfect. I've been using it every day for work and I've already put 3,000 miles on it in the short time I've owned it. Hats of to the customer service I received because it was excellent. They carried everything out on the car they said they would before collection, which was nice to know you can trust their word. As for the looking around the car, they gave me the keys and let me crack on. The whole process was just seamless.

I'm a long time customer at this dealership, so I know exactly what to expect when I was looking for an upgrade. As ever the team looked after me and made sure I got a great deal on my new Mercedes, which has been a joy to drive for the 4 weeks I've had it.
