This is my second Mercedes that I purchased from Essex Prestige because the first one was a little too small for my needs, so I went for the GLE on this occasion. Nick looked after me both times and couldn't have been there for me enough to get the swap complete.

The Land Rover Defender has been spot on. As a first-time buyer with this company, I didn't know what to expect, but I was impressed that it went well with no issues whatsoever while I was making my purchase. I didn't have the pleasure of visiting the dealership as I had the car collected, but it arrived on time and as advertised. 5 stars!

The Mercedes-Benz E-Class hasn't been too bad since driving away. I've put about 800-1000 miles on it so far. I've been talking to Dylan from start to finish. He's been 100% honest, and I was very happy with my visit because of how quickly the sale was carried out. Highly recommend this dealership and Dylan's excellent service.

I've driven my new car a lot, and it's been great. The customer service was excellent, with no pressure. When I arrived at Essex Prestige the car was well-presented. Luckily, they were easy to find and easily accessible because I'm not the best with directions.

Currently my dad is driving around in the Bentley I purchased, but we've both already said how lovely it is. We're just waiting for the weather to get better so we can enjoy it even more.
