I decided it was time for me to change my car, so after a good search on the internet, I found Essex Prestige and a lovely Merc for sale with them that looked in immaculate condition. When I got to see the car in person, it looked even better than in any photos I had seen. I'm very happy with the overall outcome of my purchase and I would give them a score of 4.5 out of 5. I'm a strong believer that no one is perfect, but boy did this dealership close.

I recently used Essex Prestige after discovering them on AutoTrader. The service provided by Nick was outstanding—I couldn’t have asked for more, except maybe a free car! 😄 I love my Ford Kuga. although I encountered a battery issue initially, Essex Prestige promptly resolved it for me. They fully deserve nothing less than five stars. If I could score them more, I would, because I appreciate the fact that when I had this minor issue with my car, they resolved it for me, whereas other dealers may not have cared.

As someone who was loyal to Mercedes, I never imagined the day when another car could make my heart skip a beat. That was until I laid eyes on the Audi E-Tron. Transitioning from the roar of a fuel engine to the whisper of an electric motor was a change I never thought I would ever make. Yet there I was at Essex Prestige, and it was like the car was talking to me, saying, buy me now, buy me now. Dylan had an easy job, and he did not have to do much work because the Audi sold itself. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone, and I would happily do business with them again!
