We reserved a vehicle with Evans Halshaw Citroen Mansfield. Enquiries regarding the car specification poorly dealt with, slow responses, however we continued to persevere and made arrangements to travel to view/collect the car. After further questioning of the dealership we discovered the car ‘has no service history records’ !!! A total waste of our time and energy, advertising cars without history. These people are looking for mugs, avoid like the plague.

I have never been so poorly treated in all my years of buying a car..absolutely rubbish..no one ever rings you back..even the manger... Full of rubbish..once you've bought the car from evans halshaw citroen in mansfield your trapped!!!!!

My Mum and Dad went to your Evans Halshaw Citroen Mansfield Southwell Rd site and was served by a young lady named Elle she explained everything about they buying process and at no time did she pressure them for a sale Elle made my Mums day with her honesty and knowledge Elle is a credit to your company Mum and Dad got a nice car and can’t thank Elle enough well done Elle

Evans Halshaw Mansfield lied in order to get a sale that would have happened even if they had been honest and told the truth, was completely pointless and lost themselves not just one but two car sales.
