Went to view focus st at the weekend,was approached couple of times by different members of staff in reference to the car asked to come inside was left for 20mins plus as the member of staff went off with another customer in the end left and took my business else where. communication was very poor wouldn't have taking anything to explain the situation and be offered a cuppa whilst I waited .

Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Shiremoor were good to deal with when purchasing my car however there is a issue with the car at the moment and i have already taken it back to the dealer twice. i will be talking to them again to see if we can get this sorted out.
