Efficient friendly, smooth transaction no hassle - drove 400 miles for the car was prepped well and didn’t disappoint.
Made a appointment to view a vehicle over the weekend and drove nearly 2 hours to find that the vehicle had not even been prepped for a test drive, no effort had been made to make the vehicle presentable it was filthy - they could not even be bothered to wash it and looked as if it had just been left there for some time. So we did not bother to attempt to enquire about it as got the feeling the car had been neglected for quite a while and can just imagine us having issues with it..

I’m a Subaru Impreza fan and I wanted to get myself a newer model than my 04 plate wrx. As soon as I saw the beauty on their website I new I wanted it and it was at a very very decent price. When I went to view it there were a few things that I wasn’t pleased with but it was no problem for the guys at this place. Everything that I was unhappy with was happily delt with and than it was delivered to my house at a very reasonable price. I feel very pleased with my experience and I would use this dealer again if I was in the need. Thank you very much guys

DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALER YOUR MONEY CON ARTIST SELLS DEATH TRAPS - WELL SOLD ME A DEATH TRAP WITH AN M.O.T CONVENIENTLY PASSED BY HIM. CAR HAD 2 DIFFERENT SIZED TYRES ON THE SAME AXEL SO THAT IS AN IMMEDIATE FAIL, CUTS CORNERS LIES ABOUT THE CONDITION, NOT CONCERNED ABOUT SAFETY OR ROAD WORTHINESS, MORE CONCERNED WITH PROFITS. ANY GOOD REVIEWS FOR THESE CHARLATANS MUST BE FAKE ANY SITE THAT PERMITS PEOPLE LIKE THIS SELL CARS NEEDS TO BE AWARE WHAT THEY ARE PROMOTING. NO FULL SERVICE HISTORY FAKE M.O.T WAS INVOLVED IN A MAJOR ACCIDENT AND FAILED REAL M.O.T WITH OVER 4 MAJORS DISGRACEFUL SERVICE BUY A CAR FROM A REPUTABLE DEALER IT WILL SAVE YOU FROM HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE FCA AND MAKING A COMPLAINT. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I called Fenlake car sales regarding a Jaguar XF. It was advertised with a FULL service history. I was told the car was immaculate and just wheels had the odd scuff. I said that wasn’t a oroblem as I could get them powder coated later and I paid a deposit as requested. Later that week I thought I would just check the cam belt had been done as it was overdue but thought shouldn’t be a problem as it had a FULL service history. I was told he would have to check and call me back. I received no phone call so I rang him again to be told cam belt had not been done then wanted to charge higher price for it to be done! To cut a long very stressful story short I requested my deposit back as it was falsely advertised as it was only PARTIAL service history not full. Needless to say with a car dealer such as them my deposit was not returned. I spent a lot of years myself in car sales and wonder how on earth fenlake car sales have stayed in business with the terrible service they give! PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR NEW CAR! AND PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM! These are the people that give car dealers a bad name! It unfortunate I have to even give 1 star to them as they certainly don’t deserve it!
