A very clean and friendly showroom with a wide variety of cars! Don't understand why there are bad reviews, it just goes to show that people only tend to leave reviews when dissatisfied with a service! All staff at Fort Used Cars were professional and really pleasant. Good choice of cars and they kept me informed all the way through until I could pick my new car up.

Purchased a Kuga via distant selling. I was nervous at first as i had not seen the car, but the sales staff were very helpful and sent across lots of pictures. The car was very clean and the car works perfectly. You get what you pay for and more.

Saw car on website. Phoned and spoke to a staff member. Bought Jaguar XF car without test drive on the Friday. I was informed that it would be MOT'd and service d and could be delivered the following week. I asked if it could be the Wednesday and this was confirmed. Took delivery of the car and took for a test drive. Company phoned the following day to see if everything wass ok, which it was. Great customer service.
