Really let down by Go Vauxhall Wimbledon, I run a small business and was left with no vehicle after they promised me a van that the couldn’t deliver on, either it never existed or they couldn’t be bothered to sort out. They took my deposit and now I have to get credit card act 75 to collect the funds that they stolen. Avoid!

Went to Go Vauxhall Wimbledon for a service and mentioned additional things wrong with the car for them to check/fix. Claimed they had fixed everything but didn't. Total rip off merchants!!!

Went to the Go Vauxhall Wimbledon branch after finding the car i wanted to buy online. Was taken through the whole process of buying the used car by Munir. Great guy, very helpful. Very efficient service. Glad i chose that branch.

My son has a 67 plate Corsa he brought from go Vauxhall Wimbledon he has had just over a year he was out the other night when the engine management light came on and it went in to limp mode he called the rac who cleared so he could drive home on his way home he got a text from the on board on star telling him he has a fault and should go to a Vauxhall main dealership he took it back to go Vauxhall Wimbledon on Friday the 2nd Of November when he went to pick it up they told him there was a charge of £69 as they couldn’t find anything he wouldn’t have taken it in if he hadn’t got the text from the onstar which is there system to detect problems which is useless by the sound of it saying there’s problems when there’s not so when I talked to someone from the service department the person I spoke to shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near customers as was very condescending towards me I would urge anyone that’s reads this to stay well away from this dealership I will be telling everyone I know to as well

Bought a Mokka from new from this excuse of a car dealership. Firstly Go Vauxhall Wimbledon order the wrong car, then tell me the correct car is waiting for me to collect, arrange insurance, go to collect car, to find car is not delivered. Then lost track of my car, and took 3 weeks to locate.The extras I ordered with the car never came. When they did their useless Mechanics struggled to fit them. How the hell you struggle to fit a spare wheel in the boot, one of the funniest things i have watched. When I had a fault with the car they wanted me to pay £70 for them to investigate, so why bother with a 3 year warranty!!! When I asked for the engineers report they could not provide one, nor could the engineer tell me what he did. The car itself is great, but this dealer is RUBBISH. Avoid at any cost. I can assure you I will never return to this dealership again.

Don't be drawn in by Go Vauxhall's Network Qs Multi-Point check, as it doesn't exist! We bought a car from Go Vauxhall Wimbledon, staff seemed friendly enough, thought we were ok, due to the Multi-point check. Once home, we discovered that there was no spare wheel, or inflation kit. There has been a lot of 'we will get it sorted' from head office, as the dealer refused to call back. It took about a month for the inflation kit to arrive. My question was, why was this not picked up when the Multi-point check was carried out? Answer, there was no check carried out. They are unable to provide me with the report, and keep fobbing me off with, 'the manager will ring you to explain'. Still waiting two months on. Just hope the car doesn't develop a fault, can you imagine the response I wouldn't get!!!!

I'm so pleased with the guys at Go Vauxhall in Wimbledon.The chap at the desk 'Muna', was so helpful. My car went in for a service and I have to say, it has been a smooth pleasant experience from start to finish. Even when I had a few question they were more than happy to explain the process. They also offered me a few tips on how to maintain my car. I would 100% recommend them. Thanks, AJ.

Took my car into Go Vauxhall Wimbledon for a very small repair job...was told to be there for 7.30 which I did but was told on arrival that I hadn't been given a time slot so could wait till 5.00 to get the car back..At 3.00 I went in to ask how long it would be and was told that the part required turned out to be defective. I asked why nobody had bothered to call me to tell me this and was told they have up until 5.00 to inform me. There was no apology and no offer of a discount. I told them how poor and shoddy they were and decided not to take them up and re book my car in...Do not go to this place.

i have been a customer with go Vauxhall Wimbeldon since 2003 and all of the staff in the service department are absolutely top class . They are all very polite communicate at all times and have NEVER let me down. 15 years of excellence from service departments thank you your the best 👍 so proud to be a customer that has always been extremely happy thank you.

My car went in for an MOT at Go Vauxhall Wimbledon that was going to cost £45, after a couple of hours I got call saying that to investigate further faults would at least cost at least £500 + labour and parts. I said no thanks and took my car elsewhere and passed the MOT after £160 worth of repairs. To replace a key was also quoted at £180 for the key and then £80 to program it. I bought a new key for £5.95 online and programmed myself. If you have plenty of money to waste. Go Here.
