I had a 2 minute job done on my car and received a bill of £105. Whilst I waited over 2 hours I received an email telling me that I should spend £1,800 on repairs to my car. A car worth under £1,000. I complained to the General Manager and got a totally arrogant reply. Not someone who was at all worried about an extremely unhappy customer. i would never use them again and would NOT recommend to anyone - a total rip off.
Really poor customer service rude salesman and a very rude manager only out to make a sale and not at all interested in what the customers needs actually were!!! Defiantly wouldn't recommend them or purchase from them again!!!!!
Vauxall Wimbledon was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to everyone. They took the time to make sure we made the right decision. Very helpfully staff. Friendly and caring. I tried several car dealers before but Vauxall was the best.Thank you Vauxall.
