My wife recently bought a car from this car dealer. I would advise against buying a car from this company. My wife needs a new engine in the car and we have only had it for 3 weeks. When my wife told the dealer he wasn’t helpful at all. He tried blaming us saying it was the way we drove the car. We took it back to the garage the dealer suggested and we got the oil pump changed. But had to pay £420. The car engine is now smoking. The car still has issues. Do not trust this dealer. No help what so ever.

Purchased a Porsche Panamera S E-Hybrid just over a month ago having agreed a "deal" with Sam over the phone and arranged delivery to Edinburgh the following day. The car arrived in shocking condition (far enough it had travelled from London) but after careful inspection in the dark there were immediate issues with what I had been sold versus the basic truth were wildly different. Paintwork was described has great condition! Nothing was further fron the truth! I recently sort the advise from a professional and highly rated Coachworks company in Edinburgh to price the work (respray the heavy scratching, treat the bubbling rust on three of the doors and unsightly lacquer peel on the bumper) which was nearly £1,200! It doesn't stop there! Within the second week the engine warning light appeared and the diagnostic detailed a replacement secondary air pump was required to the tune of £800. I have tried chasing the company for support and they have dropped off the face of the earth. Avoid.

Just purchased my Mercedes SLK and cannot fault this dealer. Friendly, helpful and professional from the get go. Always answered the phone and delivered when they promised. Took the time with me to go over the car and answered all my questions. Really nice guys who want to make your buying experience exceptional.. Would recommend buying from them to everyone. Trustworthy which is rare these days in where cars are concerned.. Stress free purchasing.

I bought it from Heathrow General Cars back in June. I haven't experienced any issues with the car since then. However, for the piece of mind I was given a warranty

we travelled 4 hours to Heathrow General Cars to pick up this car, had no fuel, no oil (which we found out when we got home), and the valet was pretty poor. this should have been our first warning sign but after a long trip we signed the car, received its service and MOT information (all in date) so we were happy. two days later, going around a roundabout at 10mph, the wheel flys off, nearly hitting another car! company would not return our calls or emails. they are selling cars with dodgy MOT’s and services and risking peoples lives !! if the wheel had flown off travelling down the motorway we would have died! AVOID at all costs !!
