I traveled 3 hours to view a car it was not as advertised it was dented stone chipped cut carpets and faulty doors the garage said I would have to repair myself they just sold cars ? So it's not a garage it's a show room buy it as seem . I was offered money off but I just wanted the car advertised . They can across as rude and unprofessional I was not offered a test drive ? .
I purchased a Kia Storage from here in May. There was a serious issue with the rear transition which needed replacing. Luckily this was covered by Kia's warranty but Heathrow General Sales didn't want to know at all. They were absolutely so help at all and I would not recommend them.

So far so good! I bought my Ford from Heathrow General Cars back in May and I am really happy with it! I had it checked over my another local mechanic and the only thing he found was a tiny oil leak that the dealer probably wouldn't have even known was there! So no problem at all really and the car was really good value for money. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

The after sales service at this company can at best be described as woeful, unprofessional and a bit suspect. Nobody ever returns phone calls or emails. Nobody will give you their real name and all you get is excuse after excuse. They acknowledge 2 trading standards complaints this year. Needless to say we got most of our money back after two major faults left our car unsafe to drive and will contest the rest. This company should not be trading. Avoid.

Awful car, bought a car from these guys for £1200, they made up stories how someone had just tried to buy the car and how the price was decreased. The salesmen were also very rude and uncomfortable to be around. After 5 days of having my car, it wouldn't start in the morning and had to replace the battery and get the antifreeze and coolant flushed. Air conditioning never gets warm, steering is awful, needs a new head gasket, exhaust and radiator. Please don't waste your money like I did, they offer no warranty and will lie to your face. Waiting for the log book then I'll be forced to sell for a loss. Only had the car for 2 weeks and I'm already looking to sell, horrible experience.
I am writing to everyone today to warn of a cowboy car trade company called "Heathrow General Cars Ltd" they are based at the following address: 123b, High Street, Cranford, Hounslow, England, TW5 9PB The company was formed in June 2014 by Nazir Mohammed. I wanted to take the time to warn people against buying from this car trade company. As they have sold me a car for £3000 that is now broken (starter motor) within one month of me driving it away. I am a young mother with a one year old son and i have expressed to them that I needed the car fixed. They refused to fix the car. I now have to pay another £600 out of my own pocket to fix the car. I have contacted trading standards and i have also informed autotrader about the company that is advertising on their website. They are also taking this very seriously. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I dont want anyone else to lose money!!!
Excellent service. Very helpful. I am more than happy to recommend Heathrow general cars to friends and family looking to buy a car.
