I purchased a Toyota car from this car dealer last month, the staff were very helpful, had a test drive loved the car, they helped me with the finances as well. The overall service was great, they were very efficient with the whole process. Definitely worth trying!!

After communication for 5 days to confirm my viewing of a vehicle, notifying that I was travelling from over 50 miles away, and assurance from the dealer that I could view and test drive, I arrived to an incompetent ‘salesman’ who told me they car was stored elsewhere and that he couldn’t go and get it. He then insinuated it was my fault for not calling before I left - I tried 4 times! - and stared at me until I had to leave. Unless you have time and fuel to waste - do not trust Heathrow General Cars Denham.

I bought my jaguar last month as I called to give them notice as we arrived the was clean washed stuff was really friendly most of dealers give 30 days warranty they Purchased 3 months warranty absolutely happy with my car definitely will recommend Heathrow General Cars Denham to friends and family. When i went to buy the car at Haeathrow General Cars - the car battery was dead, and it had to be started with jump leads. When i went to buy the car - they said they would put on the invoice "car sold as non runner" which would cover them against trading standards if a claim was made. There was no service booklet or manuals. After i drove away - i realised the audio system didn't work either. All in all a very dodgy experience - one i would not recommend - probably best to get the car checked out by an expert first

We have just purchased a Mercedes Benz from Heathrow General Cars, this is the first Mercedes Benzt that we have owened. The service we received was first class, they were very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. It was a very smooth and enjoyable process.

Heathrow General Cars sold me a seriously faulty car. Cost upwards of £1500 to repair within 6 months of taking ownership: EGR cooler cracked (found out the crack had been GLUED over!) split power steering pipe, manifold leaking plus more issues. When contacted they either dodged calls, constantly made excuses, promises to sort something out etc but just dragged it out until I stopped pursuing them. I am highly suspicious of all the 5 star reviews of them, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were from fake profiles.

Went to go and buy a golf and was told nothing was wrong with it, I said I have a volt reader to check the car electrics and the guy then said the alternator was broke because he knew I would find it.
