well I have to say was very happy with mu experience at heathrow trade sales, I saw this dealer on auto trader the reviews on there was top marks they have even won dealer of the year on auto trader so I can only give this company top marks they had over 200 vehicles to pick from and offered great finance rates deffo be back

I was interested is buying a BMW X3 for my wife and come across one on the Heathrow trade sale website. From the pictures the car looked clean and tidy, I phoned the garage to arrange a view”this is were the bad journey begins” who answered the phone was very rude,passive aggressive and just not happy in his job clearly, I asked all the normal questions you would ask when buying a car and he didn’t know much and wasn’t prepared to find out either “great customer service ” after waiting 15 mins on hold he comes back with no information and says he will call me back. “What a shock” no call back....when looking at the advert again the car was described as “ outstanding condition” “full service history” 12 months warranty”......sound good to you? Well........I decided to go to the dealership to see the car my self...OMG....the car had green moss growing on it plus had not clearly been washed in a very long time, scratches and dents on near on all panels and a HUGE scratch on drivers door.....WASTE OF TIME THAT WAS.......any ways I thought that i would speak to the guys anyway just to see if they could maybe somehow reduce the price or maybe repair and I will give full asking price...reasonable request I thought.....They then said that the had NO service history and was not prepared to move on price as the car was in good nick...hahahhaha.......when looking at the car again on my way out to take pictures to show the wife why I didn’t buy the car, I then see massive rips in the carpet and lots of dog hair inside and huge chunk from the rear bumper missing and the fog light hanging out.......PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST, THERE ARE PLENTY GOOD CAR DEALERSHIPS OUT THERE SO GO ELSWHERE...learn from my time wasted and just don’t go..... Trerrible stock and terrible attitude, why pay money for that.

PUT A £500 DEPOSIT ON A VAN WHICH THEY THEN LEND TO SOMEONE WHO HAD A CRASH i DIDN'T WANT THE VAN ANYMORE, BEEN CALLING THEM EVERY DAY FOR MY DEPOSIT AND THEY JUST KEEP SAYING TOMORROW. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

LEFT A £500 deposit on a vehicle at Heathrow Trade Sales , that was found to have a bad wobble , which didn't turn out to be balancing as thought, didnt want the vehicle thereafter, and finding Charles to be very evasive about returning my deposit as of date. Will leave many other reviews on my progress.

In 2015, a deposit was made for a van which was agreed that if a finance checks does not worked out; deposit made would be refunded. When checks was done, I couldn't get a finance on the van. I called CHARLES who was the person dealing with me but my £200 deposit was not refunded up till today after many calls to CHARLES. Letter sent through a registered post but the company refused to accept the letter from the post man and the letter was returned to me. My advise to other people planning to buy vehicle from Heathrow Trade Sales Ltd is to be very careful not to be another victim.

I bought a fiat punto from Heathrow Trade Sales. The trouble I had with this car it has cost me loads of money to get it right never will I go back to them please don't buy any vehicle of them they are not safe.

These guys bought my old van of me to not bother sending off he logbook and get me a £195 fine from transport for London and still been paying tax on the van they bought of me. Everything was all good up until now.

Hi all. we brought 2 vehicles from the guys at Heathrow trade sales and we are very happy indeed and very happy with the price paid we had so much choice there and they made it very easy for us no pressure sales we was left to view there stock and was even driven around there 4 different sites to be sure we picked the best for us great people great value recommend to everyone.

Heathrow Trade sales offered to reimburse me on some work/parts for my Viano which I bought from them in October. They decided they wouldn't pay the full amount but contribute £100.00 towards it. Still waiting. They won't pay. The dealership is a rip off. Charles is to full of himself and doesn't care once he has your money. They can't be dealt with by the financial ombudsman as there not registered. Be warned. STAY AWAY
