I bought a car in January, not well looked after to say the least. Immediately I had to improve it by purchasing a rear windscreen wiper and a few other things, didn't even come with a spare tyre and bits have been slowly falling off the car. The windscreen wiper even snapped off while I was driving a week into owning the car. Mid February the car started having more issues, bare in mind I've only driven it to the shop being in lockdown. The engine started over heating slowly so I got it checked over by a mechanic who changed the engine core plug and thermostat. The engine was still over heating and I took it back to a mechanic who then went to replace the water pump, unfortunately it had been so corroded around it that he couldn't get it out and there was a high chance of cracking it, causing serious issues resulting in me having to get a new car in under 3 months of having it. I was told the car was absolutely fine when I purchased it but there is no way I could cause such erosion a month of driving the car. I didn't drive the car for 4 weeks as I was waiting for it to be fixed! The damage is long lasting. I was also told that I should have gone to them rather than a mechanic, though I went to the mechanic to fix a minor job and check what was wrong with the car. I am more than happy to pay for minor repairs but when it's been under 3 months and I'm looking at scrapping my car I don't think that's minor. Rude service and take no blame at all for their bodged work.

I brought a van from this dealership and I am so happy with it the customer service was great And I will highly recommend this place to all family and friends I will definitely be going to them agin in the future if I need any vehicle agin!. The van was clean and as described I couldn’t be more happy

We went to view a van after the photos and description of the van looked excellent. We drove miles to view the van only to find it was a wreck. The body work had been filled by an amateur and they they had even left the liquid filler bottles in the van! There paint was peeling off, nail in tyres, missing trim. The owner seemed baffled when we we weren’t going to buy the van as it is not as described i.e ‘excellent body work, first to see will buy’. This van in our opinion was dangerously bodged. I would not recommend buying from this garage. They also wanted cash which is always a worrying sign so maybe the taxman should pay a visit!

Had an email straight back to say the van is still available. called The company straight away and they said the manager will call me back didn’t hear anything so called back. Said the same called back the following day said the same and then called back and said the vehicle is gone. False advertisement on the page and Attitude like they don’t care.
