We bought our vehicle from the guys at Heathrow trade sales and must say we was very happy we searched for a long time on line and went and looked at lots that was very poor condition I must say when we went to Heathrow trade sales we new we was going to buy there all the vehicles where above the rest most only 1 company owned full history we got a 1 yrs free warranty 1 yrs mot serviced what more could you ask this place is great all round deffo buy again and send family and friends.

Heathrow Trade Sales refuses to refund £200 deposit against potential purchase of a vehicle. I was assured that the deposit was either fully refundable or deducted from the sale value of the purchase. Will be taking this through the small claims court.
I recently bought a Mercedes Viano through this dealership. I found several faults with this vehicle and was told all would be put right. I had to return the vehicle to have faults rectified and was told the log book had been sent to DVLA. WRONG. There never was one and still waiting. The vehicle wont pass an MOT due to the rear wiper motor not working. I was given the authority to purchase the part and they agreed to reimburse me. STILL WAITING. wILL never use this dealership again. Just full of B... S..
Really good experience with Heathrow Trade Sales! I bought a Ford Transit a few months ago and its been great! Had no issues... The sales team were super helpful and friendly and the Van is such good value for money. I will be recommending this dealership.

we brought a Renault master van from this dealer I must say we are very impressed with the set up of this dealer we was collected from the train station driven to the showroom the van was fully valeted for us just been serviced and a new 1 yrs mot we was over the moon with the van and service provided so happy that 2 week later we up graded our stock on our transport company and brought 8 second hand vans from them they had the all serviced valeted moted and delivered free of charge and took our old ones away we had trouble with one van that failed to start we called them at around 4 pm and there mobile mechanic was at our site 8am the next morning and fixed the van on site great team keep it up see you for our next batch in the future thank you guys

I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from this dealership a few months back and I am really happy with it, life is so much easier now that I have a 7 seater as I have more space for my kids! The whole process was very easy and The service was amazing and They have been really helpful. I would 100% recommend Heathrow Trade Sales.

well that's great to hear we do try very hard to keep all our buyers happy and with such a huge stock list of over 200 vehicles sometimes faults happen especially with second hand vehicles that's why we have our own on site mechanic work shop as well a mobile workshop total free of charge included in the free warranty we give we sell over 1100 vehicles per year and most buyers that are happy with there vehicle do not write reviews its only the very small few that when something goes wrong decide to put a review so to see your review is great and makes us happy we work on a repeat business system and treat al our customers in a fair way we want to sell you your next vehicle and the one after and also you friends and family that's why we are committed to bringing the best deals to the market that's why we are London's leading car and commercial dealer
I was interested in buying a car from this dealership and was told that I needed to pay a £200 reservation fee in order to book an RAC check so that the vehicle would be held for me and not sold. The money would be returned should I change my mind. I was advised not to buy the car by the chap from the RAC as there was a problem with the head gasket. They tried to talk me round by telling me they had tested it but they were insisting it was fine despite carrying out incorrect tests thinking I was ignorant to car mechanics. They have subsequently sold the car to an unsuspecting customer and are yet to return the £200. Unprofessional at best.

hi there I am sorry this process took longer than was anticipated but a refund of a deposit has to be signed off by our admin department in accounts and the paperwork for you transaction was lost once we relocated your deposit was refunded with no argument we never at any point refused to return your deposit and can only apologise for the inconvenience and offer you a free service on your vehicle in the future as a token of our apology we are not in the business to just take deposits and would never under any circumstance do something like this lots of other sales company's do not refund deposits but as stated to you subject to your rac report it would be fully refunded and that is what we have done our own on site mechanics would of informed us of any problems with the car once we would have serviced and done our pre delivery inspection and informed you there is a problem and asked if you wish to carry on with the purchase if your happy with us to re new any item that is not un to satiation free of change because as we give our costumers a free 1 years warranty it would only come back to us if we missed it so once again very sorry it took longer than expected but you have been paid so if you could show the same respect as we have show and correct the review that would be nice many thanks
I bought a ford transit from here in April. It was sold with only one key and I don't really trust this dealership. This van was stolen from me so I am waiting for the insurance to pay out for it. I would not recommend this dealer.

hi there I'm sorry to hear this and can assure you that we sell well over 1100 vehicles per year and have never in all the years of trading been accused of stealing a vehicle this is a criminal offence and to be honest to be publicly accused of a crime is total slander and blacking of a business name and I'm shocked that the online service and the reviewer of the online website has aloud this to be processed we have basically been accused of theft that has not been proved in a court in the uk and because of this with no evidence may we add this customer has informed the public on social media that we can not be trusted because of this absolutely outrageous to the highest point possible and we are now in talks with our legal team so I suggest a correction is made asap
