If I were to get another car from this dealership I don't think I would change anything as terms of the process they use because everything went as smoothly as possible. When I first walked into the Hilton Car Supermarket the team were very welcoming on arrival and made me feel at ease while I was looking around. I eventually found a Nissan that caught my eye, so I approached the salesman for more information and once I was happy with everything, I was offered a test drive. As soon as I started to drive it, I wanted to take it home!! 2 month later and I'm still really happy with my car.

We are thrilled with our recent purchase of a Ford Ka + from here. Ali made the whole experience incredibly relaxed and stress-free. Unlike some salesmen I've delt with in the past, he didn't push us into a decision and gave us the time/ space we needed to make the right choice. We were torn between the Ka and a Skoda, but Ali was patient while we made the decision. In the end, my wife decided on the Ford because she was especially impressed by its low mileage of just 20k miles. Overall, a fantastic experience with Hilton Car Supermarket, and we couldn't be happier with our new car!

It's safe to say that we got a good quality car because me and my partner have just driven it to Spain! It made it with ease and we're really happy with how it drives. Alexander was the perfect salesman because he was very informative and even on the day of collection he arranged for it to get valeted inside and out.

David was perfect! I can't fault his customer service at all because from start to finish he was brilliant. He sold me a good quality BMW 3 Series and I'm really enjoying the car. It's my new daily car, and I've fallen back in love with driving.

I've not used my car that much since driving it away because I only tend to do small trips throughout the week but for the time being, it's been a really enjoyable drive. On the day there was no hard sell and once we agreed a price for part exchanging my car in, I went ahead with it. I was keen to take it home on the same day, and the team were quick to make this happen.

What really impressed me was how respectful they were, especially considering I was a woman car shopping alone. They didn't talk down to me at all, which I really appreciated. I made an enquiry over the phone, and just a couple of days later, the Ford B-Max was all mine. Great experience all around.

Unfortunately the car I purchased from here has been written off but for the time I had it, the car was lovely and I can't thank the team enough for there customer service while I was at the dealership.
