I had a good experience with Hilton car supermarket. I was looking online and found a few cars down there. I’d give a 4 star just because I had to wait a few days to collect the car, but Alex who dealt with me did a good job and I have already recommended them to my friend.

I've been getting on very well with the Citroen C3. It's been driving very well, everything's been very well, to be honest, and I'm having no issues with it. My experience at Hilton Car Supermarket was good. They explained everything and took their time with my questions, so it was a good experience. The only thing that took a long time was receiving the car because it needed to go through cleaning, I wasn't specifically looking for the Citroen at first, as I was looking at a Mazda 3, but I changed my mind and went for the Citroen instead. I'd recommend the dealership, and I would recommend it to a friend who asked about it. I might use them again in the future,

So far so good. Really pleased with purchase. I came across the dealership on Autotrader and wanted to see a couple of cars so made an appointment with Alex. We ended up going for a Volkswagen ID3 as we know the quality is good and the mileage was low. The finance department sorted our finance and the paperwork. Everything was good, it was a really good experience. I would highly recommend this company

We were looking at two local dealers who had cars we liked but they didn’t seem to want to sell them. Then we saw the car at Hilton Car Supermarket on Autotrader. We told them we were coming on the Saturday but they said it would be better to come next day once it was prepped. When we got there next day it hadn’t been prepped so we were waiting around a little bit whilst they cleaned and polished the car hence the lower score. We ended up taking the car away the same day. Staff were generally friendly and helpful

Cars great, i'm enjoying it. I found the dealership a bit slow to get me in the car and driving because they were busy but other than that they were ok. I was looking through Autotrader and they sent me a custom video of the car. Communication was good. Dealership was well presented and good to deal with.

The Jaguar I-Pace has done 1000 miles, and it's still driving like new. The Jaguar battery is really good.

Everybody was nice. I went there with a friend to buy a car and the salesman was very nice and professional. I was looking at the selection and agreed on car but them decided to change it to another car because it had a problem. Process was good. My car needed a part which they ordered for me and fixed it for me. The most important thing was their communication, they were always there on the phone to speak to customers.

No problem with the car. I chose Hilton Car Supermarket out of convenience. They are close to me and I was able to go same day & get a car. Staff were really good. Ali was the initial guy on phone but I spoke to several people throughout the day. Lots of stuff for kids to do as we were there along time, they supplied games for them. It was an easy process and I didn’t think I could get a car sorted that day. They were very helpful and accommodating. They worked with my budget to get the right car.

The salesman answered all my queries throughout the process and the customer service was good. I am happy with the Renault Zoe, and it is driving well.
