All fine, no problems. I was just looking online and went to Hilton Car Supermarket. Elijah, was good. He showed me some cars and helped me look at other options. I gave four stars as the car didn’t come with full documentation as we were told but I would return and recommend to others.

We were looking for a little starter car and were just looking around. We saw it and liked it. No problems with the staff. Raqib was good. No problems, it was all very smooth. What I expected.

We went to Hilton Car Supermarket because they had the car we wanted. Took a few days to sort. It was busy on the day and I do appreciate that but there wasn’t enough staff. Couple of things I was disappointed about on collection, one of which was rectified. I wanted to get the car before I went on holiday but no one called me back so had to wait till I got back as we didnt have the relevant documents we needed at the time. Saad helped us on the day and there was another guy who helped us with the finance, he was really helpful. I think he’s the only one that did the finance side of things, but overall they were helpful.

The Astra has been going great since I got it, and apart from needing a tyre changed on the day, I've had no problems with it at all. So far, everything has been good, and I'm really happy with the car. The team at Hilton Car Supermarket were very respectful and everything you could expect. They were also more professional than I expected. I'd definitely recommend Hilton Car Supermarket to others because they were very helpful and I had a great experience overall.

Experience was fine, no complaints. We went to Hilton Car Supermarket as the car we liked was bigger and the price was good for the extras and was the only sort of one that had this specific version. I dropped the score as I think they need more attention to detail when giving info and more or a welcoming environment as they do leave you alone for a bit. However, Raqib was good. He got us a good warranty.

The car came up on the AA approved which gave me some sort of security. Staff were perfectly fine, couldn’t have been more helpful. Had a test drive, discussed options and left few days to think on it. They did the finance, road tax. They were helpful and went out of their way to check a few things. They weren’t pushy at all. Quite relaxed.

We were just looking for new car, shopping around and went to Hilton Car Supermarket where we bought a Jaguar. Saad was good but it took a bit of a time to get into the paperwork as busy day over the weekend. The car didn’t have v5 and this should have been mentioned upfront as we wanted to drive off with the car there and then. We collected a week later. Handover went well.

He took me for a test drive and explained all the features of the X2 to me. There was an issue with the alloys, and I think there was a scratch in the car as well. He negotiated a good deal for us.
