They were quick to answer any question I had and I felt confident buying from them. Recommended this place to a friend who also found a car he liked, and we both have had no issues with our cars since. Would 100% recommend to anyone that has just come across them.

I had the perfect customer care service from the one their amazing salesman. Everything was quiet straight forward and super quick. I was meant to pick up my car in two days as I was desperately needing a car and it was sorted just as promised. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a car.

Utterly shocking and untrustworthy business. Avoid at all costs. Car supplied with existing faults (major oil leak) despite be assured by sales manager that this would be rectified before delivery. Following this - months of frustrating and increasingly dishonest treatment as repairs were attempted (but failed) and eventually Car Firm refused to accept a return or provide a repair at all. Money for expensive repairs (by reputable mechanic) eventually reclaimed via Natwest chargeback process (well done credit card company) but this was still fought tooth and nail by Car Firms elusive 'directors' who provided false evidence and lied to the banking investigators to try to avoid the chargeback. Shocking company, immoral and dishonest directors, avoid like the plague and give your business to somewhere more deserving. Stressful and disappointing - reported to trading standards.
