Bought a 2016 bmw 5 series, full main dealer history, bought an extended warranty from car do for 3 years which worked out to be quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else. The car has been kept in such a good condition, car firm gave me all inspection paperwork as well. Great service overall, very friendly staff and an excellent car

Purchased a car off Carfirm, I had noticed the suspension was making a squeaking noise so I called them up and they had booked me in and within a week they accommodate a slot for me. so they’ve got the vehicle checked and taken care off. Customer service was very pleasant the salesman during the sales was great if not excellent I highly recommend these guys to anyone and maybe in the future I’ll buy another car these days thank you Carfirm

Save your money, I read this review site to late to my cost and hassle. They come over all professional but just turn the cars over fast. Seems like a lot are auction buys from snatchbacks to finance failures.

Sold a dangerous unroadworthy car, like various other reviews if you have problems they don’t want to know. Type of dealership you would see on rogue traders. Avoid at all costs. Full of lies and false promises. Save stress hassle and money and go else where

Bought a car which wasn't a cheap one, I've rung them, sent emails and messages to let them know there are problems with the car and they don't reply, let's hope they reply to the courts

These guys were very good and quick with finance. Sorted everything out for me on the day, payments were within my budget and when I went to see the car it was immaculate and ready to drive away.

Went for the delivery service using their website. The whole process has been excellent from start to finish. The guys made sure I was happy with everything and even discounted the warranty to make it more affordable.

Purchased a car on the 30th october which was advertised with full service history. Traveled 3 hr to get there to pick the car up which after looking was not full service history, is was all so missing all the manuals and owners pack (the car was £30k) after bringing the car home i also realised the rear parcel self was missing from the boot. After trying to send emails and ringing up every other day, they where not interested in trying to sort this issue out and fobbing me off. The Car was nice but very poor aftercare once they have your money!

Bought a car for home delivery, I told the guys I need it delivered asap as my old car broke down. They were very understanding and had my new car delivered the next day! It was in a immaculate condition with full up to date main dealer history and my extended warranty. Couldn't be happier. Thank you
