The salesperson at this dealership dealt with everything professionally. He was very friendly, no hard-selling involved, and he left me alone to thoroughly check everything in my own time with no pressure. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I was looking for a new car on AutoTrader, and I found one that caught my eye for sale at a good price with low mileage with JJ Premium Cars in Crowland. I spent some time reading their reviews online, which were really positive, so this gave me great confidence to get in touch with them to book an appointment to go and see the car and take it for a test drive. The sales rep, Richard, who dealt with me, was absolutely amazing. At no time did he put any pressure on me, and he allowed me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted to do moving forward with things. All the documents were ready when I went to collect my car, and it did not take long for me to complete them, so it was a fast handover process, which made the whole experience hassle-free. For the service from Richard and how happy I am with my car, there is no reason why I would not score top marks.

I'm really happy with my car; it is lovely to drive. Brad was amazing, and he was always around if I had any questions that needed answering. This is the first time I have used JJ Premium Cars, and I would definitely use them again when I need to upgrade. 

Travelled down from Sheffield to view the car and they had it all ready to be driven away if I was happy with it, which I was. Very easy process, they left me to have a good look at it and then the paperwork and payment took no time at all, car is a beauty and for a very reasonable price

Very happy with my purchase of a Land Rover Sport, special mention to Brad, very helpful, clear and simple to deal with. Had the car now just over a month, no issues. Would be happy to recommend JJ Premium cars and it is fair to say this won’t be the only car I purchase from them.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was met with decent customer service. The staff were professional and accommodating, allowing me to test drive the car, which was a crucial factor in my decision-making process. What truly sealed the deal for me, however, was my personal experience with a friend’s BMW. The performance and handling of their car left a lasting impression on me, and I found myself comparing every other car to that standard. The BMW’s smooth ride, responsive controls, and the sheer joy it brought me were unmatched.
