I was looking to buy a new car for my wife, and I turned up at JJ Premium Cars in Crowland out of the blue. I went to their office and asked if somebody was able to help me. They were really accommodating and showed me the car. It had not been prepared because it had only just become available for sale. They let me take the car for a test drive, and I was happy with everything, so I went back to the dealership and paid a deposit. They agreed to do the work on the car that needed to be done, and I went back the following week to collect it. It was a stress-free experience and certainly worth the 5-star rating I gave them. 

I had a really good experience at this dealership while purchasing my BMW. The staff were great from start to finish—a genuine bunch of fellas that were just happy to help you.

My Audi from JJ Premium Cars is a joy to drive, despite a minor ticking noise issue that they’ve promised to address. The staff, especially Troy, were incredibly accommodating, even allowing a test drive without an appointment. They handled the retention of my number plate and all the paperwork seamlessly. The manager, an ex-forces man, was true to his word, like all ex-forces men are. I’ve already recommended JJ Premium Cars to others, and they’ve had equally positive experiences. The team’s professionalism shines through in every interaction. A friend even travelled from Dartford to purchase a car based on my recommendation. A premium experience!

The main lady that looked after me, I cannot remember her name now, possibly Lucy was not just a salesperson but a car matchmaker, truly listening to my needs and preferences. There were no hidden fees or pushy sales tactics, and I left the dealership feeling like I had won the lottery with the purchase of my new Ford Focus and the service I received from this dealership.

I've been driving my new BMW 530D XDrive M Sport for a while now, and I must say, it’s been a smooth ride so far. I discovered JJ Premium on AutoTrader and decided it was time to upgrade from my previous BMW 5 Series. The upgrade feels like a well-deserved treat, and the performance of the car is breathtaking. The sales team at this dealership was all friendly and made the transition extremely pleasant for me. If you were to ask me if I would buy another car from here, yes, I most certainly would! 😉

I absolutely love being behind the wheel in my Land Rover; oh, my, it is such a nice car. The customer side of things at JJ Premium Cars Ltd was great. The man that dealt with me was a very nice guy and clued up; he had the answers to all of my questions. When my car was handed over to me, it was very clean and tidy, and it had been valeted well and prepped to a high standard. I would use this dealer again without hesitating.

My car is going just fine and problem-free, so I'm very happy with the purchase. A big shout out to Brad, who was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.
