Had the car for a couple of weeks now and the car is running perfectly. Only 4* as I think there is always room for improvement.

My Ford Fiesta has been very good and I’m really enjoy it. Adam was very helpful while making the sale.

What an outstanding team 👍 I can't fault any of the staff as they all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The car was very clean inside and out, it’s a lovely drive, the kids love it, and it is a very reliable car. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again!!

I'm getting on pretty good with my new Merc, I've had a couple of issues regarding the back wiper blade not working every now and again, but the car runs great. The performance is faultless, the car looks good and it's getting the girls so I'm happy.

I would say there could have been some improvements, but a very good experience overall as I felt looked after and listened to regarding a very bad past experience when buying another car.

My experience with JJ Premium Cars has been great. They made it extremely straightforward. I messed them about a bit with the time I was meant to go down to view the Audi A5, but when I did get down to them they fit me in straight away even tho it was busy, such good customer service. Once I had my heart set on the car I went into the office to sign paperwork, they made this process so simple, yet so informative.

Our new BMW from JJ Premium cars is excellent, just what we were looking for. The cars is just the tip of the iceberg, all the staff and JJ Premium cars really go above and beyond to make it a fantastic car buying journey. We noticed that the windscreen washer jets were broken when we got home, we called them, and they quickly offered to fix this in the dealership. Unfortunately I couldn't get down there, so they offered to collect the car... but with some motor experience, I felt I was able to fix this problem myself, in which I asked them to post the part out to me if possible and I would fix. The part arrived a few days later, with a quick 10 minute job it was fixed. Thank you for making everything so easy JJ Premium cars,

I have bought allot of cars in my 60 years, but one has to admit that this was by far one of the best. Troy was very informative and friendly, there was a great feel about the whole place. Sadly even tho I love my new Jaguar, I have been offered a new job in South Africa, so I am having to sell the beauty. If and when I am living back in the United Kingdom again, I will defiantly be back to get a new gorgeous motor.

Our experience with JJ Premium cars was great, the lady that helped us was incredibly busy, but still managed to give us he undivided attention. The only thing that could have made our experience any better is being offered a lovely cuppa 🍵😂. The Ford Focus we bought from them is a great car and brill for the whole family, it was very well valeted when we collected it- couldn't be happier with it!
