Lucy was amazing in dealing me and my partner, really nice, informative and helpful throughout. I love my Range Rover Evoque and will certainly be back for my next car.

Everything has been okay, really good customer service, friendly staff, very nice cars and all-round top tier service. I really liked the Mercedes A Class for its sporty interior, sleek design and I must say, I’m a sucker for red cars. Everything has been really well organised and the minor issues I did have were resolved without hesitation. Long story short, great company, great staff, great service and get quality cars.

All has been good tbf, Adam has been very welcoming and was great through out the sale. They were very busy on the day which is no fault of the team however, it did cause some delays and make my stay longer. The biggest change for me has been moving to an automatic car, I have always had manuals, it didn't take me long to get used to it and makes all the difference in traffic. I am very happy with my new car and the service received.

For the vast majority, it has been really nice to deal with JJ Premium, they have some very nice cars on offer, they are having some work done and are working out of portable building currently but are very much making the best of what they have. Adam had been really good to deal with throughout the sale. I was a little disheartened to have an issue with the suspension so early on however, the warranty did exactly what it was supposed to and my issue was sorted straight away. I am having an intermittent issue with the tire pressure warning light and I have emailed Adam although I am yet to hear back, feel like this is likely just a sensor issue rather than a puncture however, I'm sure this will be dealt with as effectively a the suspension. This A4 has been a big upgrade from the little 1.2L hatchbacks I have had previously and I am really enjoying my new car. Thank you JJ Premium Cars.

We had a really poor experience with another dealer, a whole host of issues early on and we ended up cancelling and returning the car, it took us a very long time to get our money back. compared to this experience, JJ Premium Cars were levels above. Adam was very pleasant and attentive while dealing with him, he helped us achieve a resolution to any issues we had and restored out faith in car dealers. After sales care is the only room for improvement I can offer, we are still waiting for matts which were to be sent out and a couple bits which are going to be sorted at this time however, the overall experience has been mostly positive.

Everything for the most part has been really really positive. I bought an Audi A6 and JJ Premium Cars were the supplier. Adam was really good, very helpful, accommodating and couldn't do enough for me. We have had a couple minor issues post sale, Adam has been very attentive with these issues however, I am struggling with responses from the warranty team. I have really enjoyed driving the car so far, it's fast, responsive and very comfortable. I have taken a few trips down to Hastings to see family and it's coped well with the miles. Certainly a massive upgrade from my last car.

My wife loves her new Audi A5, she has been driving it daily for work and is very happy. I went through the majority of the sale and the team were all very pleasant. There is a move currently underway which caused a little disruption however, the quality of the cars and service are both top tier.

My son works at JJ Premium Cars so I naturally came here looking for a vehicle, I knew that JJ Premium Cars was up there and told a fair few nice cars. I wanted to see for myself so I decoded to come down. Since I have got my car it has been nothing short of fantastic and ran just as my son said it would. The staff I was dealing with (not my son) were lovely, all of them. Very very kind people that was willing t help me out with whatever I needed.

I had previously owned a Tesla Model Y so when I came to purchase this was there wasn't that much that shocked me, it didn't take getting used to as I was used to driving my previous car of course. I am happy.
