Really love driving my new Ford, it has treated me well so far and there are no issues to report.

Myself and my husband were looking to upgrade our Honda. We found JJ premium cars, and the staff were ever so helpful in guiding us to find the most perfect car for us. We settled on a beautiful Qashqai, we absolutely love it! We did have some problems the day after we brought the car home, it wasn't starting properly, so we called the guys at JJ Premium Cars and they were fabulous. They said to bring it back in or they would come and collect it. They fixed the issue with a new battery, and whilst we were there they set up all the computer and satnav for us. We couldn't have asked for more.

What an amazing car, I've been driving my Mercedes for over a month now and it has been a dream, until Mercedes decided to ruin my fun with a recall letter for the passenger side air bag relay. However, other than that me and my wife are loving how smooth the drive is. I can't remember the ladies name who looked after us, but she was very pleasant to deal with and helped us no end. The only issue I have would be that the car was running on fumes when I picked it up, as I put in £40 of fuel and it just tipped the needle out of the red.

I cannot speak higher of Troy, he is an absolute credit to JJ Premium Cars. Whilst looking for our new Ford Focus, he was so very attentive and looked after our every whim, The dealership on a whole are great, if your looking for a reliable car and the best advice from car salesman who actually care - Head down to JJs.

JJ Premium cars are brill and very accommodating to there customers needs. I am very grateful for the help they have given me in the search for my new BMW, it is absolutely perfect for me, There was a slight issue with a noise coming from the car, but I did some research and it was only a £5 job to fix so I sorted myself. But I have the upmost trust that if I was to have gone back to JJ Premium cars they would have sorted the problem for me. Great Dealer, Great Team, Great Cars. Will defiantly be returning one day,

Enjoying my new Mercedes, lovely car. You can tell JJ Premium Cars take real pride in there stock. It was immaculate! The customer service is immaculate too very informative and friendly. You really feel at ease as soon as you walk into the dealership and the whole process from finding the car you want, to driving away is so smooth and quick. When the day comes that I need a new car I will be heading straight to JJ Premium Cars.

I have been here, there and everywhere in my new car and love it so much. Wales is the furthest a field I have been and it seems to handle both long and short journeys equally as well.
