I very much enjoyed the service I got at JJ Premium Cars, the salesman I dealt with was helpful and friendly. He had a detailed understanding of the car too. He walked me through the warranty offers so I was able to choose what best suited me. Overall I am pleased with the experience.

My A1 has been absolutely great, it drives very well and gives me no trouble. The gentleman I dealt with did a very good job throughout the sale, he was informative about the car and I didn't feel pushed.

The chap I dealt with at JJ Premium couldn't have been more accommodating! He worked very hard to get everything turned round quickly last thing on a Friday night because we were in a rush to get my son back for his disco! There is nothing I would have liked JJ Premium Cars to improve for me, the purchase of my Q5 was handled quite quickly! The sales team were polite and easy to talk to so I felt comfortable throughout. My Q5 is a bit bigger than my A3 but I am really enjoying it, its a lovely car!

Everyone who I came into contact with at JJ Premium cars was professional and polite. It was such an easy and stress free car buying process! So far we have been to Cornwall and back in our new car and there seems to be no problems with it, it drives very nicely for us. The salesman we saw, Adam was a really nice, friendly and outgoing person. He was extremely helpful in all facets of the sale.
