For me it was a five star experience when I bought my car from JJ Premium! I had no issues with the customer service I received at all. The whole process was quite swift and prompt to be honest with you!

JJ Premium Cars gave me an absolutely excellent car buying experience, I would rate them 10/10 if I could!! I can't remember the name of the gentleman I dealt with but he was absolutely great. He answered all my questions so I felt like I got a good understanding of the car. Since the Octavia came home with me I have has a single problem with it.

I would definately consider using JJ Premium Cars again given the experience I had with them, even though I do live quite a distance away. I have been getting on really well with the Vauxhall Adam I purchased and all the little things I noticed they got sorted out for me. Thank you very much!

Sorry but no other dealership even compares to JJ Premium Cars. JJ Prem we're so nice to deal with, stress free and the most straight forward experience of my life. They were patient and not pushy, also very professional and knowledgeable. I had a huge upgrade, I came from an Astra and now I'm driving a Mercedes A Class and I can't even tell you how much I am loving it!!! It's a dream to drive. I'm not a mechanic and I didn't really know much about cars, the staff at the dealership really took this into consideration and explained everything really clearly, they were so understanding. I have had such bad experiences In the past but these were amazing!

The staff down at JJ Premium cars in Peterborough were really kind and did help me so much during the sale. I'm not going to talk about the car much because a car is just a car to me, but to say the least it gets me form A to B. All is well and I am a happy chappy.

I would like to say that JJ Premium cars have very courteous staff who are very great at their job. It is driving very good and very smoothly and feels lovely to be sat in the drivers seat.👍Very good but always room for improvement!

I have never purchased a car so quickly. Firstly because I saw the car and I had to snatch it before anyone else could but also because purely the fact of the process running like clock work.. I came and purchased the BMW X1 and I have had one similar so I hopped in and all of the interior was the same and I really like that. We I got there I was welcomed and the staff had a great manner about themselves and clearly took pride in the job they do- really professional too! This everything you want in a dealership.
