The car is absolutely fine, I have no issues at all. The chaps down at JJ's were really helpful, everything I requested over the phone was given to me, he as such a good help. When I arrived to collect the car, is what waiting for me all clean and spotless. It had been well looked after by the previous owner, so I am more than happy with this little steal.

The car has been really good, I am so glad I made the journey from Norwich to collect the car. We did have a bit of an issue with the window screen, but after a few emails, they took the car back in and got that sorted for me. The customer service during the sale was really good, they give you a god amount of time to look over the car, and the bloke was really knowledgeable which was a plus. They were accommodating and helpful enough.

I fond everything so simple and easy buying from JJ Premium Cars, my sales guy was so nice, so helpful and made everything so clear. The customer service was great, showed me the car in my own time, didn't apply any pressure and didn't rush the sale either. The X-Trail is a great car, I've got no issues with it at all, and would recommend anyone to use JJs.

All round the service and the car is brilliant no issues at all. The Merc is a great car, drives seamlessly. 5 stars.

Apart from a little issue with a slow puncture, the car is fantastic, I am really enjoying it! The Golf is so much fun to drive, and looks great too! The guy who I was dealing with was spot on, made everything really easy and quick. Can't fault JJ's really, they are great!

I can't quite remember my sales guys name, however, he was absolutely fantastic. Such a good guy to buy from. The car has been lovely, I have had a little issue with the tyre, but nothing major at all. I would have to give them full marks, they were pretty faultless to be honest.

Mechanically, the car is running a dream. someone did bump into me so they have caused some cosmetic damage, but that is currently being fixed. Everything with the car has been fantastic, really nice to drive, and very comfortable on the roads. The whole team were great, it was cool buying from them, no issues or complaints at all. Definitely recommend JJs.

The Mercedes is doing great, it is such a nice car, I am so so happy with it. It is really smooth to drive. It hasn't given me any issues at all, I love it! As for the JJ Premium team, I was highly satisfied with them too, everyone was really welcoming and caring, adn got everything sorted for me. I have already recommended to a few friends of mine, and would continue recommending, they are a really great, 'premium' team!

I have a family member who works at Jaguar Land Rover and they have been helping me understand some functions that I didn't know about, and also gave the all clear that the car is in good nick, so I am very happy with the Jag upto now. The customer service was excellent, really helpful, really informative and just a nice place to buy from in general. If they had another vehicle I was after, I would be more than happy to return for another purchase.
