JJ Premium Cars have been absolutely fantastic!, they are such a kind, reputable garage, I am really impressed with them. We had a little issue a week or so ago with the USB port, so we got that booked into Vauxhall, got that sorted and JJs covered the cost! It's not often you come across a garage that is willing to help after the sale has been finalised, so I cannot recommend them enough. Such a kind, courteous team, I would recommend them to anyone!

It was my brother who bought the Scirocco, but as I am a technician in the trade, I deal with all of my families and friends car purchases. I haven't had any complaints from Charlie himself, so as far as I am aware he is very happy. When dealing with the Premium team, it was fantastic, really good interaction with everyone. Everything was really easy, and they were so helpful. If any friends or family, or myself, were after a car, and I saw JJ's had one available, they would be first on the list to go visit.

I did have an issue to begin with, however, the lads were great and got that sorted no problems at all. They were really quick in getting that sorted so I can't fault them really. They have been really good to buy from, I can't fault them really.

I absolutely love my Range Rover, it is such a nice car, and is so comfy to drive! The team were really great to buy from, everything was super quick, and really easy. I won't be keeping this car forever as it is a company car, however, when I am after my own, I will be right back to JJ's.

I own a taxi company, so we really test the cars reliability as we are constantly out and about. Since buying the Octavia we have added roughly 10,000 miles to the clock already, and we have had no issues at all! The team were excellent, and got everything sorted really quickly. I usually focus on the vehicle rather than the dealer itself, as I buy so many cars, but if JJ had another car I was after, I would be more than happy to use them again.

Incredibly helpful from start to finish, I needed some assistance with the paperwork side of things and they were more than happy to oblige. The car I bought is just as it should be, drives well and no problems.

Great service when I bought my Audi A3! Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly team. I would use again and most definately will be recommending.

I bought a car from JJ Premium in December last year and on the whole the car has been doing well. I was able to get the purchase complete in good time too.

I had an initial fault with my car but JJ Premium were quick correct this for me without any hassle, which I am incredibly grateful for. Since then the car has been doing great. The team were fairly easy to deal with throughout the sale and after. My only constrictive criticism would be that the salesman I dealt with could have been a little bit better informed about the cars for sale.

If JJ Premium could have knocked a cheeky couple of grand off the car for me that might have tipped the scale up to five stars 😜😜 but I think with what they could do for me they are definately a solid four stars! I have had no issues with the car to present date and the lads were great to deal with.
