I assisted my mother with the purchase of her Mini Countryman and we both found the staff to be courteous and professional. I haven't seen much of the car since my mother took it home but as they say no news is good news! So I can only assume that all is going well and she has found her feet with the car.

Very nice and professional service, nothing more I could have wanted from the experience. All boxes were ticked and I all was explained clearly. The Mercedes aligns with the description and photos. The purchase was complete in good time. I wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend.

My BMW is doing very well indeed and in terms of drivability I have encountered no issues! The only thing I have found with the car is the washer fluid sensor seems to be very sensitive but for the mean time I am happy to keep my eye on that and see how it goes. Customer service was also great, the salesman who dealt with me was informative and able to answer all my questions.

Off the top of my head there isn't a single thing I just suggest for JJ Premium Cars to change or improve. The whole car buying process is well thought out and smooth. All the cars were nicely prepared and displayed. I don't think my Ibiza will ever be as clean as it was when I first bought it again!
